Beautiful pics but heartbreaking to see state those birds came to. The Vampire pic is amazing, bomb still attached - I assume it's a training round. In the Tucson boneyard, just browsing the pics on google, look what I found: They certainly look like F15s to me :cry:

Actually you'll see the IR beam from the TGP - the laser is invisible even with nightvision. By default both IR and Laser fire at the same time.

There is no such thing as a perfect design in engineering. Every project is a sum of compromises made to achive a certain goal. That's why there is no single perfect way of doing something, just like everything else in life.

just run the DCS repair tool, it will fix it probably. I had the same issue and it was quickly fixed.

there seems to be something wrong with the F16 model - I just started an auto-generated mission with the F15 and this just popped up. edit: you're right, it was reported - apologies.

Have you messed around with the config files? I had the same thing happening when I set lights to 1 in the options.lua file. If that is the case, set it back to 2 and it should be fine.

Hi guys - first of all apologies if this has already been raised but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. Here it goes: I've purchased FC3 from the DCS website, got the payment in successfully and received the serial number. I've started DCS World and it prompted me that I'm entitled to FC3 - so I said OK, download and install it - it did so successfully. Then launched a mission and it went though the activation successfully. Trouble is that on the next game restart it activated again - therefore consuming two activation for the exact same game installation. Looking on my profile on the DCS World webpage I see two activations with two different Hardware IDs - how can this be? I had exactly the same issue with the SU-25A module a couple of weeks ago. I did not have this issue with the Warthog module though - still 1 install - 1 activation. Did anyone else had this problem before? Thanks!

I have the same issue with the 6dof cockpit SU-25 - massive FPS drop all times compared to A10-C or SU-25T. Probably has something to do with the detailed 3d cockpit...I don't know. But that must be the only reason.

Strange issue, dunno if anyone else experiences this with 1.2.7 - none of the custom missions seem to work (I mean the ones downloaded from the user files on the main website). After skipping the briefing screen and clicking Fly the sim just stops on the loading screen (launcher.exe runs but never executes dcs.exe). All the default missions work. Any ideas? Upgrade to 1.2.7 was done via the update tool. Thanks!
