Ive made the following experiment: F-15 vs 4xMig 23 (i think) and SU-27 vs 4xMig 23 ReSuLtS: F-15vs... Killed four planes in most cases, and evaded missiles easily by doing up-down yo yos. SU-27vs...Killed in most cases 3 or 2, and didnt get to evade all missiles... WHY DID I GET THESE RESULTS?? and secondly i made another experiment... su27 vs f15... F15 missiles seem harder to evade.

hi. ive been playing with the su.27. The problem is that, unlike f15 or su33, it is impossible to turn in a turnfight without stalling, and even then, the plane just turns too slowly. Why does this happen? when flying on a f15 agains a CPU su.27 never happens... why?

That link has nothing to do with this game. In reality flanker is said to be better, but in the game some consider it to be the eagle.:) Im referring to the game

ive tried there:thumbup: . they tell me to post it here. look for "x1600 and lock on" thread well, bot graphics cards have independent memory, nothing to do with RAM:P but, in most games, dont you think laptop 1 is better?? but in lock on, laptop 2 is better:lol: ... seems like simulators take more advantage of CPU rather than graphics card!!

sorry i made an error... this is truth: x1600 gives around 4000 at 3dmark05, being equal or better than desktop 6600gt 1.- still getting better fps with 2 laptop? 2.- how many fps are we talking about? 10 or so? 3.- and in most games which one will run better? 4.- it comes with xp, but a free thing that lets you receive vista for free in the moment it is released. Last week I bought a laptop with the following specs: Core duo 2GHZ (32bits, 667Hz) 1024Mb RAM XP Ati x1600 256Mb DDR2 (more or less 3500 at 3dmark05) I still have the opportunity of returning this lappy and exchanging it for another one, with almost same price but with different specs: Core duo 2, at 2,13 ghz (64bits, 667Hz) 2048Mb RAM Vista Ati x1400 256mb ddr2 (more lor less 2600 at 3dmark05) which one will run lock on better??

i just wanted to know if this game took more advantage of OPENGL or DIRECTX, cos, as you know, ati works better on directx games

there is just a 35 euro difference:lol: but if the x1400 laptop runs better than the x1600 laptop, an it is even 35 euro cheaper, ill goo for it!! but before i need to make sure that little difference between 1.83 and 2.13ghz will mean much, as well as the 2 giga difference

X1400 gives 2500 in 3dmark05 X1600 gives 3500 in 3dmark05 the x1600 laptop has a core duo 2 (new one:) ) 2,13 ghz, and 2048 Mb of RAM.
