I jumped back into the Hornet for the first time in months last night - no issues with the target designator diamond, it showed in the HUD fine and I was able to release weapons. My issue was firing the laser...
Literally started getting this issue tonight - no audio in DCS whatsoever. Worked without issue last weekend - now nothing. No update (obviously) and no system changes. DCS is the only application which is not giving me audio.
Yeah, exactly - if you didn’t cursor zero, then selected a new steerpoint, the TGP would be offset from the new steerpoint by the same offset as you’d just created by slewing from the previous one.
[CANNOT REPRODUCE] Strange behavior
The TCTS is carried on an air to air missile station, Wags is not referring to the Litening targeting pod here.
Edit: maybe a silly question, but are we sure this rolling isn’t just the gyroscopic effect of the Viper’s engine + small throttle changes?
Agreed with the notion that we should be able to set codes with WoW. No need for JTAC to change their codes, once fully implemented we will be able to set a different LSS code vs our own lasing code, so we find the JTAC spot then attack with our own spot.
I shouldn’t have to adjust a setting like this when every other module with screens is perfectly visible at my current settings. This is an issue with the F-16 MFDs.
I used this as a starting point, but had to tweak mine slightly around the AB engagement point - if I had remembered, I would have taken a note and posted mine here. Will do so when I get home.
I’m not messing with the contrast on my monitor, since I use it for Hornet/Hog/Harrier Helios profiles, and those exports all show up fine. The issue is with the Viper exports.
Had a quick go at sorting a curve tonight but I’m exhausted - will hopefully have some values for you all tomorrow unless someone else gets it done before then!
