  1. I used 3.5LCD,and with VGA output's controller board,5''LCD is too large,The HDMI output is not necessary,VGA output is enough.
  2. 3.5''LCD and board: not Arduino + DCS-BIOS,I used DCS Easy Monitor ConfiguratorV2.0 and helios .
  3. First, collect all of the part, such as pcb, display card,3.5''LCD,usb encoder board,switchs...... you will find the way:)
  4. only one, maybe making more in the future:smilewink:
  5. I forget to take photos of making process...,but I could show a few photos of internal structure to you .
  6. not engraved,All buttons was handprinted with rubber letters
  7. This's my homebuild CDU module, all handmade, some buttons are made of plexiglass with hand polished.
  8. Good advice, the future will continue to improve it!
  9. I have already finished most of the work of the forward panel, it was used plurality of small LCD display splicing. Landing gear handle is one of most difficult module to design (need to design small enough). In order to reduce the use of LCD, Some position of the instrument have been changed. There are still a lot of work to do in the future.. All the work was handmade, without use of CNC or 3D printer. I hope to give some inspiration to the ones whom making the cockpit too!
