  2. Instead, you should ask, why no noticeable difference in 120 performance before and after the fix.
  3. It is pretty hard to believe on such a new aircraft the radar gunsight is significantly worse than the rest of the system on board of JF-17. Computing power is rarely the limiting factor on modern aircraft. Radar gunsight should be really accurate and in real time. M2k may be too old for that. But JF17 can do much better. Even Xiaomi phones can do all the computation of that in real time.

  5. Hi, I find it is quite difficult to lock a target on the MFCD using TDC. You have to press the lock button within in ~0.5 seconds after the radar beam sees the target. After that it won't allow you to lock on it even both me and target is traveling in straight line. It looks like the radar has no or really short memory and no prediction of TWS target when trying to track it.
  6. Hi, in ACM(dogfight) mode, when you locked a target, it cannot be unlocked unless it moves out of the gimbal limit of the radar. You can test it with any ACM radar mode. Take BS mode for example. If you locked a target, switch to BS mode, move target well out of BS circle. Press unlock button. The target cue and BS circle will flash but the same target is still locked. Even if there's another target currently in the BS circle.

  8. Update, when have a radar track. Then you uncage the IR seeker head. The seeker head will slew to the radar target. But the missile will fly to and hit the target even when the seeker is caged and not locking to a heat source.
  9. Hi, Does the A2A radar gun sight has a significant delay? Or it is not giving the correct lead. I find even when I stationed the reticle right on top of the target for over 3 seconds, all my rounds still fall short. I find it is much easier to hit without using the radar gun sight. Could developer give some comment on the radar gun sight? The radar gun sight on F-14 from 1980s work so much better than the one on JF-17.

  12. Hi, first of all thank you so much for so many fix! Great work! I noticed that the IR seeker head does not always slew to the radar target and even when the IR seeker of the PL5 is not locked to a radar tracking target (no tone, not locking to any target). The missile will still fly to the radar target and result a hit.
  13. Dear Naquaii, With some careful testing, I confirmed that this little bug is linked to my previous report that switch between PD-STT and P-STT will cause lose of lock. Whenever the line is not pointing to the target due to bank angle, if player or jester switch between PD-STT and P-STT at that moment, the lock will break immediately. I guess it will also solve a long standing question why Jestor is so bad at maintaining STT lock. (Because he will switch to P-STT when the target is within 10NM, most of the time F14 is cranking at that moment, causing the line pointing away from the target, thus breaks lock) Please look into it a little bit more. Just try switching between PD-STT/ P-STT. (with a little hack, i.e. with some key bind modding, You will be able to test it easily in the pilot seat in that case) I love your F14 module so much that I wish it to be perfect.
