  2. I understand that. My problem is that you can't control what tank will drain first If i start in air or i start both pumps on, that's it, i can't shut them off and start only one of them and so, both tanks get drained at the same time instead of the right order. The only way to select what tanks are emptied first is to close the valve on one of the tanks with the fuel selector lever and the manual states that doing so it's not the procedure and that you're supposed to control what tanks emptied first with the electric pumps. You may say that well the engine pumps are doing this but they are not because as i said before IF you start cold and only start with one pump only one tank will be used. (until you turn on the other one and after that there is no way of controlling the fuel flow) You should try and see if you can replicate that if you have the module.
  3. I noticed that my engine runs perfectly after turning off the fuel pumps (E13 E14). The fuel gauge indicates that both pumps feed the engine from both tanks at the same time EVEN when one or all of them are turned off. I cannot control the fuel flow unless i use the fuel selector lever, manual says i should not do that instead i should control the fuel flow with the E13 and E14 breakers. it's as if the pumps refuse to turn off once you activate them. super frustrating. Can anyone replicate this on his machine? Spawn a D9 in air by default all the pumps will be turned on monitor the fuel gauge for both tanks, they drain at the same time. Good. Now turn on or all pumps off and monitor the fuel gauge again the same result the fuel will drain from both tanks as if the pumps where working. Now you can do another thing that proves even more that this is a bug (i really hope it's not but) Spawn a D9 coldstart start the plane with only one pump on fly and monitor the fuel gauge it should drain fuel only from the tank with the activated pump now start the second one and stop the first one you will notice that both pumps cannot be turned off you can even land the plane and stop the engine, disable all the pumps (it would be impossible to start without at least one activated) you can start the plane just fine.. as if (and i know i'm repeating myself ) the pumps were on even when they were supposed to be off.
  4. pls delete, i made a new thread to bugs and problems.
  5. We need news on this Polychop! PLLEEEASSSSSEEEEEEE!!!
  6. Thank you for this. Also, for the extremely small portion of players that for one reason or another still play on DCS 1.5.8; the plane works in 1.5.8 too. Not sure how much % but it works. I started the plane, took off started the radar and that's about it by now so if you are one of those very few that use 1.5.8 and you want to fly it, give this a try.
  7. Yes , yes it is , first time we encountered this problem we were on open beta too. We thought that is was some open beta patch problem (it happened in the past on other issues) so we said "well let's move to the release version" ...surprise ! same problem here too :))
  8. DCS version 1.5.7.9337 port 10308 is opened on both UDP and TCP. (tested in other games, even in DCS when i run the server i i look with any port checking program the port is opened) Do i have ipv6, Yes. (see the attached piucture) Do i have ipv4 , yes (see the attached piucture) Do i have any virus/malware ? no , i formatted my HDD.(all my partitions) Did my provider changed any settings or anything since my last successful DCS public server hosting? No. Did i installed any other programs that weren't on my computer at the time my DCS server worked? No. Did i changed any settings on my internet connection? No Did this happened to any other game/application before or after DCS server bug? No. Did you had any connectivity problems with DCS before the update? Never. Are you the only one that has this problem? Obviously not. My wingman has the same problem , he is from another ISP btw plus people here in this thread seem to have the same problem and i bet there are alot more ppl out there with this problem that just don't bother to write on forums instead they are waiting for a fix.
  9. The 10308 port works perfectly fine, i edited my vanilla WoW server to use only this port and people can connect to it no problem.:)
  10. We tried it last night and still nothing after the update (but to be fair i didn't expect anything , the patch notes didn't reveal any work on the problem) PS: In the last days some interesting things happened and i had to format and reinstall everything on my PC. I now have a clean fully updated windows 7 version and a clean DCS install. I have all the ports opened and all those things, my internet provider didn't change any settings on me so .. it's DCS, i'm almost 100% sure.
  11. Ot's ok, talking about it helps ED see that there is a problem for more than 1 or 2 people.;)
  12. With the risk of being Boomed and Zoomed to death by some people from this thread i must say that i really like the EZ-42. It's really good against bombers if you adjust for your altitude in the gunsight adjustment unit you get spot on shots from 800 - 900m. Dogfighting players with it , no problem, if you know what you are doing it's no problem plus you have the option of gyroscopes, i know some of players hate them but also some players never used them and never bothered to learn the system well enough. As for historically accurate, it's there you can't deny it so (in my opinion) it's really OK, that argument is invalid. BUT i think that if players want the Revi-16B it should be available (maybe in the same manner like adding or removing the gunsight on the L-39 you could have 2 options Revi or EZ) after the rest of the bugs in Dora are fixed and i think that it will be available eventually if enough people want it.
  13. I agree with Little_D , 125 - 150m for fighters it's a very good distance , works best. Even the luftwaffe aces were saying , only shoot when the target is very close. Don't forget to use your EZ 42 Gunsight Adjustment Unit and adjust for your altitude ... if you want spot on shots that is. (i mostly use it when i shoot bombers from long distances and i need as much accuracy i can get)
  14. Into my Network Card. It's a PPPOE connection MY PC ----- LOCAL AREA NETWORK ----- INTERNET :) I don't have a complex network in my home ( ex: alot of computers using internet at once) so i don't need a router.;) 1.5.7.8899
