  1. I found this in another post, it sounds like the "group in zone" is broken, hopefully the next patch will fix it.
  2. Hello I have a multiplayer mission that I know used to work properly before, but now when I go to load troops using the CTLD menu, all the flags are triggered. The basic mission is to drop off troops to search for hidden weapons , so I have a zone at the weapon and then when part of group enters zone (extract1,etc) a flag is set true. Somehow the flags are set true when the group(extract1,etc) is loaded onto the helicopters. The group is not anywhere near the trigger zone. We have played this mission many times before and all worked as intended, something in the core DCS scripting must have changed. I tried using the latest MIST and CTLD scripts and it still fails.   6. I have searched for a racing script that will allow me to set up a Reno air race style mission, but all I could find is a cross country one. Does anyone know of a luascript I could use to make such a race? I know very little about lua , so I lack the knowledge to make my own. I need something that will track clients times and laps.   7. I did a search about this issue , but did not see any post about it. I flew a instant action free flight over Nevada and auto sweep function was fine, then I joined a friend in multiplayer and the auto sweep function stopped working. I did a repair, tested in same free flight instant action, auto sweep worked fine, joined multiplayer and again auto sweep was not working. Anyone else have this issue?

  9. I use Oculus Rift with Win7 64 bit just fine, though, some apps/games do require Win10 to run.
  10. I did edit my original post and added "at this time". I do not know how to edit the title. Also, I mentioned that ED is welcome to correct me in my post. I would think that one would be more upset about the misleading E-Shop page not explaining this fact where consumers may make a uninformed purchase.
  11. If you read the ticket, I asked about plans for the future, and that is the response I got. As for misleading, that response was very vague. The devs are welcome to correct me and tell us when they might plan on implementing VR support. There have been many posts about this and no response from ED on the forums. My main goal is to alert anyone who may be interested in buying the CA module now to be aware that it does not, and "at this time" is not designed to be used with VR. PLease, go to the E-Shop page and show me where is says this module is not fully compatible with VR, and I will recant my statement. Cheers!

For anyone using a VR headset who may be interested in buying Combined Arms , note that ED have no plans "at this time" to make it VR compatible. **MODS, can you please change the title of this post to "DCS Combined Arms is not currently VR compatible" Thanks!   15. I am still getting the error also. It worked fine before I installed the Normandy and Nevada maps.
  16. Hello and thanks for such a great script! I have made a mission in which troops picked up by the player's helicopter are dropped of and proceed to search for a bomb planted by the enemy, however, when the troops enter the trigger zone, the flag is not fired. I have tried unit in zone, part of group in zone etc, nothing works. Do the groups lose their identity when extracted? Here is a test mission I made to see if it would work: Thanks!   17. This looks fantastic! Thanks for all of your efforts! One issue though, I use this mod with JSGME, and when I have this enabled, I lose the smoke coming out of the chimneys in the towns. Is this intentional or a bug? Is there a file I can edit to get the smoke stacks to work? Thanks again for the great looking mod! Cheers!

  19. Will the future objects within the asset packs be differentiated somehow inside the Mission Editor? As a mission maker, I would need to know when I am selecting an object, to know exactly which pack it belongs to. It will help in keeping track of what packs I would need to list in the mission description which will be required in order to participate. Cheers!
  20. I agree! Is this going to be the way future maps will be done? Will we have to buy packs for the SOH map too? PLEASE ED do not go this route! Charge what's needed to make your profits, but please don't stray from keeping it easy for people to join missions. As it is right now, we can join in ANY server that is listed (barring MODS of course) despite not having all of the aircraft on either the Nevada or Caucasus maps. Asset packs I feel will, over time, fracture the already "niche" community we have now. Just my 2 cents. Cheers!

  22. Make sure your Vietnam mod structure is pointing to the right path. ie: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World3\_MODS\DCS Vietnam 1.5.3\Mods\terrains\CaucasusBase\vfstextures I just tested it and it's working for me. They changed the texture location on the last update. Cheers! Tazman
