I would say make all new skins. I would pm Colt40Five and see if he will make you some skins. He made some really nice skins for the A-10 before, and Im sure he would love to help you make some new ones.

If you haven't notices most of those "over the polly limit" models have the missiles on them to make them at an even higher polly count. Do you think if they were removed that it would bring it down to the "limit" for lockon? if so, maybe ED should look into these :)

heres the message I got from him when I asked them what they are going to do with the ship. I also asked him what ship he was getting transfered too. "not sure what they are going to do to the ship. i am going to USS Peleliu in cali." I guess its undecided at the moment maybe. But who knows.

I tried those again tonight when fighting, and no luck guys. I have the longitudinal mode programed onto my joystick, and when I lose the hud, and try to switch to that mode, or the helmet one, they don't show up. Am I missing something here?

Yeah, every time I loose the hud, I have NO options to fire missiles. The helmet mode doesnt work, the longitudinal mode doesnt work. The only thing that works is my grid mode, but I cant fire missiles in that mode at all. Also thanks for the answer to my air break question. :book:

Hello guys. I don't post here much, but I do look around here a lot. I have been playing lockon for a little while now, but have come across a few things and need some help on them. The first thing I would like an answer to is, and this came from another thread kinda, how come the Mig-29's can not land with the air breaks out?? Like I said, I didn't notice this until I read the thread on here, I believe, that asked if you land with air breaks on or off. Second thing I need is more of a help. Can you fire any missiles from the Russian planes without a hud? For example, if you get hit by a missile, and your hud is gone, but you can still fly the plane well, can you shoot missile back at him or are you completely screwed in this department? I dont post here very much, but I must say that I do love this. Only thing is could you make this one from your widescreen to your 4:3 one. The one thats 4 down on the left, with the mig-29s. Again, awesome job on these!!:thumbup:

Alright, New poster here but have been looking at the forums every day since I got the game about a month ago. Love this game, and just got Flaming cliffs recently. Now there is only 2 things that is bothering me at the moment about the game, and was woundering if they will be in BS. First thing is the lights on the plane *I believe they are the nav lights*. They stay on. Is there a way to make them flash like they are supposed to? or will they always stay just solid? What I was woundering is if the ED team can make all the planes atleast have them flash like the Su-25T does. That would be cool. The other thing is something that is on the 25T that would be cool for the rest of the planes. I noticed today that the fan blades on the engine spin. Are they going to do the same thing with the rest of the planes or are they going to still keep the textures of the fake spin? The A-10 would be great to have that feature on. I don't know, those are just some of the things that seem to be missing for me. :bye_2: Ducky
