It has an EFM (which is the 3rd parties version of the PFM). Actually they did a really good job on it and even though there are still bugs in it currently, if you read a round, cpt. smiley is listening and fixing the bugs in the flight model (Im looking at you spinning plane with the 2 wing tanks on.. I cannot wait to get his fix in for that.)

I hope we can add the GPS system to the SU-25A.. It will make it that much better. :D Most likely wont be for the FC3 aircraft, but one can dream and hope for a DCS version of the Su-25 so we can use it :D Im excited to see some of the other improvements mentioned too.

A close call today at Nellis AFB when the confused Australian pilot almost landed his plane up side down when coming up for the annual training mission. The pilot was feet from the ground when he looked up and realized he wasn't home and needed to flip the plane around before landing. There were no injuries this time. The comment from the pilot was that "it is confusing when we have to come up here and read the instruments at a 180 degree difference" - HAHAHA Sorry I couldn't resist. :(

So, DCS is not limited to "modern" aircraft. Its called Digital Combat Simulator. They are setting this up so that you can play any time frame of combat whether its WW1, or 2, Korean or whatever time frame you want. Also, going by your logic, there is already an F16 simulator so why do we need another one? They do the WW2 and older aircraft first because it's 1 easier to get the info they need to make a DCS level aircraft and 2 because it brings in the extra money they need to continue the development of the game so that you can get the modern aircraft you're talking about.

Im pretty sure he was asking how stable the 1.5.2 was because he wanted to upgrade to it. He enjoyed the stability of 1.2.16 and wanted to make sure it was carrying over to the new version before upgrading and having issues from playing. Seemed pretty clear to me. :thumbup:

Im pretty sure that the way the game is setup is the planes are marked as tankers and it doesnt matter beyond that.

Same thing happens if you put the M2000 on the same side as the Russians with their tanker. Edit: Sniped by seconds.. haha!

Awesome news on the 33 and the 29. Hopefully once they are up to the PFM, they start to convert them over to ASM for full DCS products. I really want the SU-25 as a DCS level.

Maykop radio use to be in the game way back in the blackshark days. You can probably still configure it, but what it did was you put music files in a special folder and turned your radios to the freq. designated to it, and it would play your music files as long as you were in range or the radio and it worked like a real radio did off the towers. It was pretty cool and I miss it :(
