Here you go, not sure how stable it will be, to lazy to test it for too long, but I got five landings and takeoffs before exiting.
Open the attached .miz file in ME and look at the advanced waypoint actions for each waypoint and use those in your .miz. Also take note of how many waypoints there are, as the wp3 serves to reset the cycle.

Delete your options.lau file in your /saved games/dcs/config folder and see what happens, another option is to rename the entire saved games/dcs folder. If that doesn't work try loading it with the ST version of DCS World/bin/dcs.exe.

Check your bindings ,maybe that's the problem, this is what works for me.
