Ok then I go to a free flight server and everything is preset I can turn. What am I doing wrong with the set up?

Finally I can actually run the plane lol. But whenever I move forward and try to turn to hit the tarp the jet just barely moves left or right and I end up driving into the grass. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
