Hi VUAF, will vpilots be allowed to use custom skins for the race aircraft?

I will hop on sometime soon this looks awesome :D Stat tracking is a fantastic idea. Being able to 'record' you flights like this will really help immersion when flying missions

What are you using to unzip the file. You may need to update winrar if you are using that. I will check the download when I get home from work. Hoping to get back into this at some point, update these skins and add a couple more (got a 190 too) Very busy at the moment though so isn't currently a priority.

The ground has 'appeared' to change into water, I think parts of the ground texture are just not rendering thus showing the water layer that is under the entire map

I doubt very much it is something to do with the mission as I get it in most servers. I imagine its a bug in my install somewhere. I will check/update my video drivers and maybe run a repair just in case

I get this too, happens after an hour or two, text turns to blocks and then these glitches start happening, parts of the aircraft disappear and sometimes the whole screen goes white or blue. GPU and CPU Temps are fine, I thought it might be because of some of my big texture mods but I have had it happen when the mods are disabled. Need to do some more testing

Fantastic work Skulleader. I fly the 51 alot and its great to see it getting some love from the community. I really like the weathering you have put into this, especially the floorboards and sight. I have used alot of cockpit texture mods for the 51 and this is one of the best I have seen. Thank you for putting alot of time into this, I'm sure I speak for the whole community, we all appreciate the time modders put into these projects :) Keep up the great work

Did you save the cockpit in DXT5 DDS settings? there's alot of artifacting. I have seen it before in files saved as DXT3 rather than DXT5 DDS format

Looks really nice man, will definetley be adding it to my P51 livery collection :D I like the dirt effects too, perhaps a little too much under the wings but thats just my personal opinion. anyway, great work :)
