  1. I updated to win 10 and had to reload my modules 3 times and I am still being asked to enter my product keys which are not accepted anyway. By doing so I used all my keys and since I have no idea how to fix this issue I guess this is the end of my flying with DCS as I am not prepared to buy the all lot again. Was nice to fly with you guys for the time it lasted (few months). Good flying to all. Cheers:cry:
  2. M2000C French translation Zeus67, I did read somewhere that you would like to issue a French Flight Manual. This is a big job but not so big if few of us get into it. So I put my name down to translate the manual in French. I am French and an aircraft engineer in Australia. (Probably won't help.)
  3. Xmas giveaway Nothing better than the idea of a gift to bring people together. Thank you and Merry Xmas to you all
  4. Hand signals Hi Robin Hood, FYI, we are more sofisticated in the French Airforce, we do not use hand signals anymore but smoke missiles, which are fired in front of the offending aircraft, delivering smoke puffs in a signal code form, a bit like the ancestral Indian format. We call them "Puff-Puff" missiles......in french:music_whistling:
  5. Moi non plus, Je Ne parle pas Francais, but I shall make an effort!
  6. Thank you for the link Paganus. Best Regards 161th Pratt
  7. Thank you very much shagrat, I appreciate your help. Kind Regards 161 Pratt
  8. Hi All! My partner would like to join me on DCS. Do I have to buy a new set of aircrafts or is it possible to transfer my aircrafts onto her computer? if so, how do I manage this. Please note that both computers are in the same room and use the same cable internet. Due to a recent upgrade I have two GTX 590 (Geforce) and a Z68X-UD7-B3 on which the 2 GTX were in SLI configuration, doing nothing. If someone is interested. Kind Regards 161th Pratt
  9. I do have the same issue Flanker. The airspeed at 210km/h, 1/4 flaps and 2500rpm governor on, trim full FWD. Lift off nice and level with the runway in the windscreen and then that 90 degrees L/H bank hits me even with full R/H rudder and stick 3/4 right. Nothing I do can stop it. So we are doing the same mistake. Can you give me your controls position when that happen please. Regards
  10. To those who helped me for T/O procedures, here is my progress: 1 successful T/O out of 5. It will have to use many lives to eventually be able to lodge few bullets in someone else aircraft. But as Lizzard told me once: "don't give up" and I shall just do that. I shall have to give up some friends thou, for K4 sessions, with whom I have been flying since the start of Lockon years ago, as they decided to return to turbine engines due to the excessive amount of time spent crashing during take off, dog fights, landings and restarting, as opposed to flight time. Well, I haven't reached 109 lives yet so I am still in the green, will I find 109 pilots to dogfight with? I just hope CASA won't cancel my licence. Safe skys for all.
  11. This is mind blowing!!! Poor buggers. Does anyone has a recorded history in a DCS section so we could look back and feel the aircraft on a different level, since we are not allowed yet to feel her physically? She is a bitch to lift off the ground but once free of obstacles, she tends to grow on you, and you always get back to it after so many crashes(talking for myself here). There is something about this aircraft that you cannot ignore....character!! Developers have done a magnificent job there. I shall have a beer to you guys.
  12. Does anyone know how many souls have been lost trying to take her off the ground from an historical point of view? I mean real life? Pman your technique works for me, I still have to compensate heavily against that L/H bank, as I left few aircraft bits behind. Cheers Pratt
  13. Thank you Yo-Yo, Derbysieger and Pman, I noted every words from you and shall apply these technics tomorrow. This is overwhelming, all that help. Thank you to all of you. Good way to make friends for sure. Good Night Pratt
  14. jcomm, I have done what you said and my T/O has improved. I have no trouble with my landings, as long I commit to a heading and 10 degrees nose up at 150 speed the touch down is smooth after a flare and I believe I have done a 3 points landing, I shall watch the track to make sure, it felt that way. I had trouble to slow the aircraft on the second landing so I decided to do a loop at the end of which I found myself too low and landed short of rw. This is back to flying school for me. Cheers Mate
