  1. Ok that's understood. I am used to navigating 'АК' mode in eastern aircraft, so i apply magdec to change it from 'МК' to 'АК', thence navigate with true north references. I am more familiar with the Tu-134A's NAS-1 than the Tu-154's NVU.
  2. Wondering if it's necessary to use the KM-2 at all. If you perform no corrections, it should display true north. Unless the KM-2 has an additional compensation function?
  3. The aim point is actually the centre of the view point, in other words, the centre of the screen. Unfortunately your operator was experiencing the 1440p GUI bug which as in the provided screenshot, the reticle is offset instead of filling the entire screen. Fortunately I believe this has been fixed in the latest update!!
  4. The bind you have use previously ('zoom in', 'zoom out') has been removed in a controls clean up 2 updates ago. Currently there is only LCtrl+X, which swaps 'Magnification 3x/10x', available. Unfortunately I do not believe there is a dedicated bind for 10x or 3x as of yet.
  5. Control schemes have been renamed and cleaned up again. It is now called 'Release weapons' under 'Cyclic Stick'.
  6. I believe this is a carry over with the new ATGM sight rendering method in that it is an external camera like the F4 camera view, which inherits TrackIR input for the camera viewing, but not for the centre point. Note that one cannot aim and guide the missile using TrackIR as Track IR does not change the 'centre point/aiming point'. The missile will travel to the 'centre point/aiming point', and not the TrackIR offset 'view point'. Track displays that the first missile does not follow 'guidance' performed by TrackIR. TrackIR is then paused (evident by the sight ceasing to move erratically, then 'caging' moving back to 'centre point/aiming point'. A second missile is then fired whilst TrackIR is paused, sight picture guided using HOTAS, missile follows command guidance. Midflight, TrackIR is resumed (evident by the sight moving erratically once more), missile continues to follow 'centre point/aiming point' and disregards TrackIR inputs. TIR ATGM sight.trk
  7. When the secondary sight glass is selected on, shutter opening animation is correct, but closing animation is not; upon closing, the outer shutter door closes before the glass doors, causing clipping as the glass door phases through the shutter door to park. To test, turn on missile power and B2 in the front seat operator cockpit. Turn on the 'Sight Doors' switch on the main panel. Turn on 'Observ' B3, then switch to an external view. Turn off 'Observ' B3 and observe animation of shutter doors closing at the chin. Track included to highlight issue. Shutter Doors.trk
  8. Another temporary solution atm is to pause TrackIR (default key F9) when scoped into the aiming station. DCS will float the camera back to 'true centre' after 1 second of inactivity. Of course, this is slightly annoying having to remember to pause and unpause when scoping in and out, but it preserves the use of TrackIR for external cameras.
  9. Front operator seat clock behaviour incorrect/inconsistent. As per pilot cockpit, clock should display time on large dials, chrono timer on upper small face. Currently in the front cockpit, the upper small face shows time, chrono timer is on large dials. To test, observe current time in sim, thence on pilot clock and operator clock. Start timer, stop, reset, and observe dials affected. Track is included for quick comparison. AChS1.trk
  10. I see, I was hoping I would still be able to at least retain custom force curves in the Brunner profiles. I do hope Brunner eventually has proper DX support that allows their effects to be added in as well, but I do appreciate your work on BrunnerDX to at least return many dev intended FFB effects. Cheers!
  11. I see, so when 'external control' is used, pretty much All of the options under the 'effects' tab are inhibited because it is no longer connected to the Simulator, but to external control instead? That's a shame, I was hoping to be able to have ground rumbles or hydraulics failure (if that is supported in DCS) in addition to Heatblur's decent FFB effects. I've only just received my brunner, recent upgrade from a G940, haven't tried it out yet.
  12. Very excited to try this out; just wondering if it's possible to 'blend' DCS FFB with CLS2Sim effects with this?
  13. In 1.5.2, this only seems to happen in the CCERP skin.
  14. For me I had a tailstrike on takeoff with (more or less) identical loads, even though the execution was the same as before update. I also floated a bit on touchdown, when normally I'd grease it.
