I uninstalled it because I had made a mistake while editing my terrain folder for abgraphics mod someone had requested to get better performance. Long story short, something went wrong abd my backup file didn't work. I decided to reinstall the game. I uninstalled from the control panel, and it never asked me to deactivate or anything. Now whenever I put the disk in the menu says PLAY UNINSTALL EXIT I already uninstalled the freaking game. It doesn't matter which one I click, the menu disappears before I have depressed the clicker. Nothing happens at all. I waited 45 minutes to see if an install menu would come up or something, nothing. My theory is that something went wrong in the uninstall because the disk doesn't seem to recognize that it's been uninstalled. In the manual it says to deactivate first, which I didn't do. (Sorry, idiot mistake I know). So I'm wondering if maybe I can deactivate the game even though it's uninstalled? Possible? I can't system restore. No restore points, something was ticked off in the system restore program so that's not an option whatsoever. Hi, I have gotten just about all the systems understood, I can use them and all that. The actually flying of this helicopter is extremely hard. I watch all these videos of people doing strafing runs and what not all steadily, the whole time it seems like the helicopter wants to go the other way! I was doing a convoy escort mission, my guys came under fire and I could hardly do anything, couldn't turn much without the rotors falling off or flipping over and when I became lined up it was momentarily because the helo seems to be randomly trimmed to the left or right, so I'm just fighting it, wobbling all over the sky. Maybe a better explanation of the autopilots? I haven't learned much about how those help me. The YT videos don't pertain to my situation as they never even acknowledge the helicopter trying to kill them. Sometimes I wonder if this helicopter was just created to kill the pilots lol. Any good reading material out there I can have a link to or something? I understand the ?concepts of helicopters and all that stuff, I flew the Dodosim on FS2004 for years. Thanks!

Woo! Never mind guys. I figured it out. Recently I was experimenting with FacetrackNoIR for IL2, looks like during that process I downloaded something called "Vjoy" or "Virtual Joystick". I reset controls and then disabled all of the Vjoy bindings. Hopefully this can help someone else in the future if they run into something weird like this. I can't believe I actually figured this out lol. Thanks anyways!

Could you maybe reiterate on that? You just went into the control menu and then left and it worked?

I have removed all key commands concerning head movement. Still, the view is rolling upwards. It's incredibly annoying because I've been dying to play this for years, and now I've gotta face this. Any other ideas? I've even disconnected my mouse, keyboard, joystick, etc to see if that helps. Nope, still doing the same crap.

Oh yeah, the circle is also spinning.

Just got the game and every time I start a scenario, the view keeps going up. Like if I'm in the cockpit it's as if my pilot is looking upwards and then his head doing kind of a backflip. It's impossible to do anything when this is going on. At the top of my screen, there is a small loading symbol, the windows 7 one you see after clicking something. The little blue circle. Only half of it is visible, it borders with the top of the screen and the bottom half is only visible as the other half is out of the picture. Can anyone tell me how to solve this? I can't imagine no one has experienced this. I am awful with computers so can you keep your answers understandable? Thanks!
