Good evening all. I am new to DCS World so forgive me if this has been covered somewhere. I am working on getting my HOTAS set up and need to know where the profile files are stored so I can back them up once I am done. Is this possible? Are there files that I can back up somewhere and just reload if Steam updates this and my current files get overwritten? Thank you all for your help in advance.

Thanks, thats what I was afraid of. This is annoying! You would think something like this would have shown up in testing. Especially before the big Steam sale. thanks for the help

Ok this process does not apply to a Steam install. So can I move my install out of Steam once its installed and find a copy of the updater exe? Anyone know?

Well I just installed it for the first time in years so I dont have anything to roll back to. Surely this is a quick fix for them.

Any Word on Fix for Incorrect Plane Loading? Just finally checking out DCS World with the new planes coming out so picked up Flaming Cliffs yesterday on Steam and the SU27 loads for all F-15 mission. I know its already known so just checking on if there has been a fix yet? Kind of a game breaking deal for F15 people so I assume its first priority ya?
