Hi, since i´m a Ninja now i have time play around with some games.... The Forrestal would be my favourite Carrier if they would implement a working deck crew and also a Pilot in the F-14. It has some minor bugs and issues but i can live with that. Only thing is a operating deck crew and yes i would pay for this feature as a option in the future ! i played some days now with it ....

is it possible to search for Manpads ; Igla SAM18 ? how ?

i run the Hormus map (graphic all on max) on 60fps (vsynch) most of the time with 3440x1440 on my new system (signature). But i get huge fps drops and little stutterings on the Syria map ! I changed many things and lowered down at last the quality but it does NOT take much effect! But when i opened the task Monitor (performance tab) i noticed a huge difference in RAM usage . While i have only 50% on Hormus, on Syria i have most times and especially when fps drops down near 98% of my 32GB ! i fear this is the forst map which required 64GB RAM for max settings on high resolutions or is there a setting which i have overseen like these old Win memory settings ?

i checked it again and neither rotating the wheel nor the keyinput which rotates the wheel too seems to have any effect :cry: rest works well but need about 20 flat input curve even on y axis for a smooth ride. oh, no the handbrake does not work as well; same procedure as in P51 , same buttons or keys but it wont hold the plane at place.

hm, i only use headphone and it sounds great for me; much better than in IL2 ! The 190A8 on the other hand sounds reallly shit; like in real :-)

definately NOT working on my P47 ! All other trim wheels work and i feel it and see it on the control ball as well. But elevator wheel have no o nearly no effect. Anyway, i take it as it is...... P51 all trim wheels work and have effect; but this beauty i nearly do not to trim at all.

same here with MS FFB2 stick. But i dont know why the elevator trimwheel has no effect when turning in cockpit with the mouse !?? The other trim are working ! But i dont need FFB effects; my senter force is working; enough for me.

oh yes i have, still a unstable and oversensitive....P51 is much more steady and stable even without a curve. Spit is also a sensitive plane but she was i suppose. My elevator trim wheel has also no effect at all or i did not feel much.....bug or not implemented yet ?

P51 was my first DCS module and i think its beside the MI-8 and MIG21 one of the best; they put great attention to it all the years ! P47 is new and compared to the P51 more or less a nightmare or lets say a prototype in reality. I hope they will correct the flightmodel, i doubt it was such unstable and responsive or doing such tight turns with nearly no speed . Sometimes it feels like a STOL plane .... I was expecting to feel the heavy weight and therefore much of G´s when in tight or fast turns....but this things dances around like a feather. turning 180° in groundattacks is done so easy and fast....when switching to outside view and see that fat pig doing this ; just wondering what it would do with flaps on slider ;-)

not only visual; or should the prop only be in place ? I think ripping of he whole cowling would do also damage to propeller and engine :-)

The P47 has a strange flightmodel with whobbling around and pretty tight turning ability with nearly no speed. Compared to this the P51 is like from another decade....think they have work to do !

sry i wonder if i am the only one who get thios failure after 1 mission of online flight ? get this message when moving mouse over the red shield : extures/hb_f14_ext_phoenixpylons_roughmet @ coremods/aircraft/f14/textures/diffuse_roughmet what to do ?? deinstall F14 and reinstall it ??

Habe die MIG21, F5 Tiger, Mirage, Viggen und jetzt die F14. Fliege ohne TIR nur mit coolie Hat und reicht immer noch aus, bzw. macht mich net wirr im Kopp ! von all denen würde ich Dir die Mirage empfehlen für´s schnelle mal eben fliegen und auch was abschiessen oder Bomben :-) Die F14 konnte ich ohne Neuinstallation des ollen games gar net ruckelfrei zocken !

wow, my new USB3 Stick solved the Problem 3 . I now can fly the F14 WITHOUT ANY stuttering ! but qith only 23-30fps over city all on max at 3440x1440;. Its ok because its smooth so far. If its the faster Kingstaon Stick or the complete new install an a freah formated stick , idk ? Only thing what happened after perhaps 20min is a complete crash to desktop. :_(

with last patch 2 problems are solved.....i can join now servers but it takes a few minutes sometimes (perhaps they extended the timout ) andForceFeedback is there. 1 main thing to fix ! The F14 causes stuttering the whole time, even when looking to other players it causes stuttering. imho its noct flyable in that condition.

ok, thx it helped perhaps to join some of the servers.....but most servers which were my favourites a few months ago i get "timeout" ! Loading time has doubled or trippled since i played this game a few months ago !! But when i´m on a server ALL my planes (Mig21,Mirage,F5,MI8) run very well and smooth on highest settings as ever ! BUT not the F14 ! It stutters every few seconds even after half an hour flight sometimes 1-5seconds long ! Definately NOT the graphics it must have something behind procedures like jester !? ok, i cant get in a SSD so i buy a faster USB stick (HyperX Savage)....will see if it helps. But what have they done to this game ? Since years i had NO problem with so large loading times or joining....never get a time out ! Strange !!

? Internet provider hasnt changed and ALL online games run fine as every day. it wont connect....always timeout. which is the repair command ? or is there a .exe ?

what a mess with this game .....cant join any server after laoding a map it tries to connect but.....after 5min? timeout ! never happened before. :-(

yep i have so many modules and all of them run fine and smooth after a few minutes of loading all the shit in background. But F14 seems not playable for me ! It stutters after half an hour or forever sometimes regardless if multi or singleplayer.....Is it the Yester shit behind me ? could i switch this idiot out ??

Hi, my Spit wont to fire up since last update or the one before. with autostart it works but i do all the same things as ever but in manual mode it wont fire up the engine. After shut down its the same....it seems it has no ignition at all ! engine turns over but wont fire up...hmm ? No problems in P51;Dora or 109 so far with that. btw. i noticed there are no exhaust flames at ALL V12 enignes anymore :-( and the gauge lightning is buggy as well since street of Hormus imho.
