Yes. From the announcement:
The OEPS includes an optical location station OLS that consists of an Infrared Search and Track System (IRST), a Laser Range Finder (LRF), and a Helmet-Mounted Sight (HMS) designation system.

The RWR has not been fully implemented and is not working correctly. There are other threads about it.
But yes, there should be a flashing LAUNCH light upon launch etc.
I don't know if it is intended to be fixed and fully implemented or left on the F-5E module "as is".

It's on the left wall close to the Doppler Switch. There is one switch labeled "RADAR" that will toggle RWR and the switch to the right of it toggle sound on or off.

It won’t happen for a number of reasons. The old R60 is made by third party Magnitude 3 and is not ED’s own missile. They have to take ownership of the missile and bring it into the rest of their inhouse made weapons. Another issue is that the FC3 jets are coded a bit differently, they have to code a different rear aspect only lock-on envelope into the jet just for the old R60. So it is a lot more work than you think for a missile that was phased out in the early 1980s.
