For some time, DCS would only load after restarting my computer (I usually keep my computer in sleep mode). After running DCS a couple of times, it would get stuck at the loading logo, (the first small DCS logo that appears after launching DCS) and I would have to reboot again. I tried all the suggestions I could find online, except reinstalling DCS. Then I found a fix: killing the TrackIR process in the task manager under the details tab, while DCS is still in the stuck mode. DCS resumes loading normally after that. I restart TrackIR app after DCS loads. I don't know why TrackIR is causing DCS to hang up, but killing TrackIR in task manager details is much quicker than rebooting my computer.

Navigation radio not working for me either. Hope it gets fixed. This plane is surprisingly fun to fly, especially at low altitudes and great for ground target practice. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

I just want to thank you K-Dot-B for posting the fix you found for trackir disconnect. Its been a problem I've had for years, everytime I fly. Since disabling SSDP, I've not had a single disconnect. Anyone running the Oculus Rift using a gtx 980 Ti, 6mb graphics card and getting good results? I've been struggling whether to purchase the Rift during the sale. My pc meets or exceeds all the other specs. I spent nearly $600.00 for my 980ti in 2016. I just can't force myself to spend another $$$ on a new graphic card so soon. Any experience with the 980ti??? What's the fix if you updated before turning the mig off? I've updated both maps before finding out about the pre install steps. Can't fly the spitfire after the update either, except in the Nevada map. All I wanted was to fly tonight not spend the evening troubleshooting. There must be a better way to update. Thank you for the tip! When I assign just one toe brake it works fine but when I assign the second toe brake it doesn't hold the brake and the pressure needles get irratic. Also, I cannot set the brake handle with the wheel mouse with both toe brakes assigned. Not sure what I'm doing wrong? However, I'm finding it easier to taxi even using one toe brake. I'm having a problem with my trackir frequently disconnecting from within dcs if I pause the game for a few minutes, (to view a manual on my second screen for example). To get tir to work again in DCS, I have to exit dcs and relaunch it from my desktop. Anyone have experience with this problem? Thanks Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

I believe the cross appears if you're flying too slow or too fast also. I forget what the required speed range is, somewhere between 350-450 maybe? Double check the manual regarding speed requirements for ccip bombing Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

I'm disappointed that I will not receive the Viggen tomorrow as advertised. But I blame myself. This is my third pre-ordered module and each one was an emotional rollercoaster ride, filled with broken promises. I'm done with pre-ordering, it's not worth the few dollars saved and the time wasted. Time to learn the A10C

I preordered the Viggen mostly on LNS reputation for delivering a great sim. The way I look at the cost is I can easily spend $50 dollars on a nice dinner and flush it down the toilet in a few hours. I certainly wouldn't put Razban in the same category as the Hawk and C101. He has been very responsive to the community and has delivered an awesome fighter, the Mirage 2000c. Although I've been very disappointed with the C101 (and the Hawk), progress, I admire that they continue to work on it, to fulfill their commitment . They could have just walked away.
