Hi Baltic, Do you need to update these files with the new frequencies ? The files within the campaign have the correct ones but i think these are the old ones !

Thank you. Yes i am using Viacom and Voice Attack. I have run a full repair but it doesn't seem to have cured it. Probably just a conflict somewhere. Yes i have updated it correctly but to no avail. Probably best to complete mission 10 without it. Thanks for the input

I have just completed this campaign, i must say a great big thank you to all those involved. A brilliant and realistic experience from mission 1 onwards. The communications and level of detail is exceptional. Yes, there are a couple of minor bugs within. But i think mainly to do with the Al more than anything. The missions are quite long but the immersion within them is well worth the effort. I have completed the Maple Flag BFT and AAT in the A10C, i used the A10C11 for this Campaign and learned a lot to complement what i had learned in the Maple Flag Campaigns. I can't wait for part 2 to be released. If part 1 is anything to go by, it will be well worth waiting for. Any updates Baltic ????!!! Once again. Thank you.

I have flown this mission twice now, and although i have passed. There is an issue with Biff, your wingman. When at steerpoint 3 and you are asked to form up behind him for the simulated AIM9 and Gun practice. He will not break formation. Thus meaning it is impossible to get in formation behind him. Unfortunately it ends up with you just chasing him round the skies in circles but he just forms up either on your right or just behind you. I have watched a couple of videos on YT of this mission. When he mentions forming up behind him, he peels off to the left and then allows you to form up behind him. All be it at good speed mind. Unfortunately, this no longer seems to happen. So you just have to go through the motions and reply with the appropriate response ! Not sure if an upgrade has caused this anomaly or something else ? I'm using the standard updated release, not Steam or the Beta. Still a brilliant Campaign though. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I originally bought the three campaigns for the A10C about four years ago. It took me about 18 months to get through the BFTQ and then up to this last mission in AFTQ. Obviously there were a few glitches along the way with various updates to DCS causing problems in quite a few of the missions. Fortunately, you guys always seemed to rectify any problems that arose. I must have spent a couple of months off and on trying to complete this last one, but to no avail as it was badly bugged about two years ago. I have been away from DCS for nearly two years. So when i finally updated it, i thought i would finally get to complete this campaign. As you can imagine, after about 20 attempts with lots of strange actions mentioned above going on. I have finally given up on it. Mainly due to the fact that it's lost the enjoyment/fun factor now and just become frustrating. I am really gutted to not have completed the campaign before moving onto the AATQ but. such is life. I do hope that you manage to iron out the bugs within, as this would help others on the same journey in the future. As i mentioned above, i don't think that i personally will be returning to it. (too many lost hours and bad memories) Lol ! Thanks again for the reply.

Well this mission now seems to have more bugs than a flee bitten dog. I attempted the mission approximately 20 times. having the same troubles as above. Lighting, 65H's not locking on and now the smoke at targets 2 & 3. I have had the instructor run into the back of me whilst lining up to take off 4 times. Then he's flown into me on takeoff twice. I finally managed to kill all the targets and we fenced out. The instructor then tells me the 5000 ft restriction is lifted and i can land back at base. Finally feeling quite pleased with myself i start to descend towards the airport. Only to be told that i've failed because I've broken the 5000 ft restriction. Well i have really enjoyed these first two campaigns until now. I wont be attempting to complete this campaign again, as i feel its now too badly flawed to be enjoyable. I do hope the TTQ isn't as bad ?!!!!!

Thanks to Maple Flag for a challenging but rewarding Campaign. Feeling quite elated after completing these tasks/missions. Upwards and onwards to the Advanced set now. Looking forward to these. :thumbup:

Problem now resolved. Thanks to Ramsey. :thumbup: Apparently i had a corrupted Logbook Lua file. Its good to learn something new :D

I have the stable and the OB versions. I use the updater utility to install all my updates and haven’t had this problem before. I haven’t switched from one version to the other as they’re kept separate. The stable version was updated earlier this week and has been fine. The saved game folders are still there too under the user saved games folder. Stable and OB versions are in separate folders too. I’m afraid that’s all I know with regards to the saved files. Not sure if there’s anything in there that I could use to reinstate my saved progress or not ? If anyone knows how I would be grateful for any help. Unfortunately progress doesn’t seem to be saved to both versions irrespective of which version you are using. :(

Just run the updater to OB 2.5.4.27314 Started DCS and all my progress with campaigns and training is gone. Also all info from the Logbook too :cry::cry::cry: Is there anyway to reinstate from a saved file or such ? Or am i doomed :helpsmilie::cry:
