Trying to get my head around this: I only need the ECLs if the Governors fail, right? Even in the case of single engine failure, the governor adjusts N1 RPM as I understand it. But when do I use the N2 Trim on the collective? And how do I use it?

I just played the mission but did not get that message. At no point did the 102nd contact me in this mission. Frequency 142.5 AM?

The triggers in this Campaign are a joke and very frustrating - amongst other things! I don't understand how the quality standard of the campaigns can be so low given the high standards that are demanded by ED for the actual modules.

I mostly fly BS, but I find the visibility of other a/c well done. In RL, it is incredibly hard to spot an aircraft in the sky, especially when you look at it from the top.

Ilya, how will the 3rd party content like ground objects and AI-aircraft be integrated into DCS? Will people be able to use these objects for mission building on different maps? And if so, do they need to be customers of DCS-WWII or will it be made available to all DCS customers? P.S.: Apologies if these questions are answered somewhere but I don't have the time at the moment to read through all of the forums/kickstarter.

I think there is no consensus on this planet what is ethical or not (not only with respect to plagiarism I might add). In some societies, plagiarism is a sign of appreciation and that, to me, makes sense in a way. Also helps competition :D

Tried this 10 times now, the hinds get me (and my entire flight!) every time. Even if I get a lock on the hinds, me and my flight always get shot down :(

I can confirm the problem as well. Just flew the campaign, couldn't manage to fly #4 mission, came here to check if it is a bug and voila!

Thanks for the answers guys! Any takers for the first question: When I switch the "main hydraulics -off" switch to "off", the hydraulic lights (hydraulic valve #1/#2) on the back panel do not illuminate. Is it me or the game?

Is it realtime terrain shadowing that we can see on the screens or are those shadows on the textures?
