  1. @Massun92 hey i used to overlap the revetments to create some with the length i need. Like x4 to short, x8 to long so i kinda made a x6 by overlapping two x4s. But that doesnt work anymore, they get staked on top. Doe that only happen to me? Is there a way around it? Would you consider making a x6?
  2. Do you plan similar restructurings in the future? Because this would impact my willingness to rebuild all my missions again ^^
  3. Big thanks to @flag02004 i wanted to give this mod a try for years but it did not work properly. Now it does. The only thing that surprises me are the capabilities of the newer systems. The SA-20 in my test engaged targets around 50 miles. I saw DCS videos on youtube where those achieved much higher ranges. I was told at a certain range they cant detect units because curvature of the earth. DCS doesnt simulate that i believe, but now they want to. Even with a B52 at 50.000 ft the engagement distances are not really supperior to like the vanilla SA-10. How do they perform in your hands? Best wishes

  5. Didnt have the same issue, TPOD transfer worked fine for me, but in some conditions, transfer of data in CC MEM similarly causes the Bomb to dissapear from the SWP. There might be a general problem in data transfer. Track attached. F15_Mission_Set.trk
  6. Experienced the same. Only happens in MP when multiple people accesed the DED - Datalink page at the same time. Will try to get a clean track without mods. EDIT: Disregard, to us it seems like its caused by incompatibility of old missions with new datalink function. Some F16s have X0000 as TNDL ID in their DED page. In those, entering the DED page is fine. However as soon as dobbering down or up to make a selection the game lags, freezes and eventually crashes. Not clear how this happens. Some flight have such F16 in them, some dont. Cant offer mod-free files as i was unable to convice my squadron mates to un-install everything. As said, only happens in multiplayer. Hope this helps nontheless.

  8. Yes, you can change the color values of the hud in the respective definition file. You should find it in the ED folder on your drive in mods/aircraft/F15E/cockpit. Just be aware that any change will be overwritten with new patches so you might wanna use a mod manager for that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. One and a half years later, issue still present. Couldnt attach track file as unfortunately none of them register switching on the SAU director.
  10. Since last update, the "Carrier Seaman" static object became invisible. Independent of fraction or link status. Easily reproducible, place Carrier Seaman in mission editor. Unit view does not show unit (see screenshot). In game static object is invisible (see screenshot). However, it is stil shown on the F10 map (forgot to take screenshot). Thanks. Invisible_Seaman.trk
  11. Just wanted to point out that i encounter the same issue as joey45, my carriers stop after one leg. Everything else is working fine. Is that a known issue or could i have in fact set up something wrong? Using MIST 4.4.9 and Carrier script 2.0 hotfix 2. Best and thx in advance. EDIT: I could narrow my observation down a bit. In my case the carrier does not enter the next leg if the brakets for the tanker brakets in Wrench.carrierSetup("USS George Washington", 60, {"Texaco"}) are left empty (like Wrench.carrierSetup("USS George Washington", 60, {})) or the nearby escorting ships are blocking the path somehow, although they might appear not to. After rearanging the ships in the battle group it should work again. Keep in mind there is to far and to close. DCS is weird
  12. Yes i did, following the instructions. After 20 min of testing i switched back because i saw no difference.
  13. This might be a little misleading, in fact it does not matter if a single word or a phrase made of multiple words. It was. But after indrocution of the realistic ATC commands it got worse. I thought i could get around be doing some training but it does not seem to train. I did. Not difference whatsoever.
  14. thats what i do. Some of the keywords get recognized correctly as shown in the speech recognition window. But most of the phrases turn out to be gibberish. Also, there is no indication that its actually training as far as i can see but i dont know it it is like that. Recording samples to the keywords in the dictionary also has absolutely no effect. Im a little lost here :helpsmilie:
  15. checked. VA and VAICOM work properly as far as concerning DCS. Speech recognition just barely understands what im saying and i am looking for a way to train :( i might do something wrong but i have the feeling the keyword training is not working as intended.
  16. After addition of the Realistic ATC expansion, my speech recognition suffers significant problems. Basically, it does not understand s***. I tried to train by using the VAICOM build-in training mode, but something is not right there. VA log does not show inputs at all. When i start the voice recognition first and then sellect the keyword to be trained afterwards, then its doing something but input is recognized as dictation. I am a little bit stuck because VA does not recognize my calls although i am quite confident with my pronunciation as a non-native speaker and i see no way to train it. Any ideas what i can do? Thanks in advance
  17. Would be the dream, but i would also be satisfied, when there are dedicated spawn points like on airfields. I mean, they are there, but they are somewhat randomly(?) distributed by joining.
  18. I read that plans include spawning of 14 aircraft at the same time. Maybe even 18. We will see. Anyway, will the way we spawn units on the deck be changed with the release of the supercarrier module? So, will we be able to assign specific spawn points? Or will they be kind of "filled" up like it is right know?

  20. Laser is not intended to be fired right after release. AFAIK gbu12 guidance consists only of "point head to laser". This will disturb flight and can lead to a miss. Let the bomb go balistic until 15-8 seconds (depends on alt and conditions) before impact. Right now we have no time to impact counter. so we can only guess. Maybe thats the reason you missed. Or as @Harker already said.

  23. Strange. I have easy comms definetly off and VAICOM tells me i can't contact AWACS via UHF frequency. Looks like a should go for a fresh install at this point :lol: thanks for the headsup. Any idea on the SRS-mode related problem, though?
