Hello Ladies/Gents, I'm having the following issue after completing the update today (see attachement) No hardware updates recently, DCS install folder exluded from Anti virus scans. I've tried reparing without success. anything else i can try?

Voted $69.99, the big question is the inclusion or not of carriers and if they'll be necessary in MP. If they are not I'll get them whenever during a sale. If it's more than 69.99 just for the plane I may wait for a sale.

Had to recite La Fontaine's fables in school when I was a kid :) I'm on 1.5, I don't remember when was the last update but that was a bit ago. It's a bit of a lottery atm in MP some times the bug is here some time it's not.

The way I see it is, I'm happy with the F5 right now, i'll be even happier with maverick, if the developer plan to add it, it's awesome. If not I'm enjoying it. The more weapons, the merrier!

Is there a way to change the controls increment while using the keyboard to slew the sight (I can't use the joystick when I attack without auto hovering) ? Or is there a way to be able to use my joystick while on the gunner seat to slew the sight? (When attacking modern tanks i don't auto hover bc they almost always snipe me pout of the sky)

Same for me, can't access the cockpit in either SP or MP

It may not be suited for DCS but it's far from a lame helicopter.

If I'm going against sukhois I try to fly around 20k shoot my 530 at around 15nm to 17nm and crank. Not a guaranteed kill but it can work.

Try to deactivate mirrors in DCS options.

I think ground effect is supposed to be experienced from an altitude corresponding to a rotor disc diameter.

I'd rather see developer resources go towards combat aircrafts. Between P3d, xplane and FSX there's a lot of ga planes around. But every one has the right to their own opinions.

Why not follow the US pipeline using russian aircrafts?

You can go to the Open conflict server, there's a script for CSAR missions. You can also move around cargo. Its uber fun to go pick up downed pilots where ever they end up. Had to pick up one one A very steep slope, hovered above the pilot low enough to get him on board . Operation blu for is good too although perhaps not for a beginner (lots more team coordination to have) . But it's a really enjoyable play.
