  1. +1 Is it for reality or just a bug?
  2. App Store's audit system. Let's get a look at it.
  3. Strongly hope we can add maps built by Third-Parties, just like Apple's App Store, users can download whatever they like from it, free and paid, and the developers will get 70% of the profit. I'm sure Third-Party map developers can bring us more fun. If this come true, just imagine, we can download 1000X enlarged Counter-Strike maps, in these maps, players can take off from the air fields in a CT spawn, to fight those from T spawn; guard some target at bomb sites of the CS map, or escort a VIP aircraft to a safe area, if players got their aircraft destroyed, they can still eject and keep the pilot(s) alive to be an observer, and they could do nothing but enjoy the time before the round is over if they got pilot(s) dead. Map developers can build not only CS-Like maps, but also more kinds of terrains, still remember the movie "Avatar"? Thinking you're flying an F-15C on Pandora, look out of the canopy, the view is double sized sun and a super gas planet like Jupiter with a great red spot on it. With everyone's imagination, there's nothing can't be done.
  4. 1. Playing track files like multimedia files, so that we can play them normally, Pause, Fast Forward, Rewind. 2. Recording videos without a third-party software. 3. If it's possible, don't record players' inputs, but every unit's movements. This may prevent track files from mismatching what happened.
  5. Since FC3, many details have been improved a lot, for example, we can see turbo fans' rotation, etc. We appreciate the developers for making so many efforts, but there are still more to do. Here I can find some which might need to be improved. I've seen many videos of F-15 taking off, I found that F-15 in those videos retracting landing gear is much more faster than it does in the sim. In those videos, it takes no more than 1s, but in the sim, it takes as long as 2s. Another detail I found, while moving on the ground, whatever taking off, landed, or taxiing, you can see the wheels' rotation, right? But at the same time, you won't see it on the inner sides of the rear wheels. So, will these get fixed? Even though they're nothing for the fun of fighting.
  6. So let's hope the developers see this and consider doing something for joystickless users.
  7. F-15C, you won't find "Ctrl+T" or other key settings for trim reset. Sorry for not mentioning the aircraft. I'm sure F-15C can set flaps to half down, and you can find it in LOFC v1.11 and earlier versions. Attitude Hold, my mistake
  8. Well, I know the importance of a joystick for a flight sim, and I had already bought one, of course. I need to travel very frequently due to some reason, and I have installed the sim on a laptop, unfortunately, carrying a joystick is not as convenient as a laptop, so, I'm considered as a joystickless user for most times. Couple of years ago, it was the age of LOFC2, I modified some key settings for elevator controls, you must wonder what I had done to the settings, you could never image, let me show the settings below: Arrow key up for "Trim Down" Arrow key down for "Trim Up" Now you can see that without joystick, where is nose up/down control? And don't you think this is just how I control the nose up/down? Why did I change the settings like this? That's all because of the function "Trim Reset", this is the only solution to reset the elevators back to the original angle. You can press Ctrl+T(Trim Reset) or quickly press "H" twice(Altitude Hold). Since DCS World v1.2.12, the function "Trim Reset" has become unavailable, and I have no idea how to reset elevators quickly and accurately without a joystick. So, I strongly suggest the developers to add an action to reset elevators for joystickless users. Another suggestion: For reality, the flaps should be set to some specified positions, for example, if not heavy loaded, flaps don't need to be set to full position during take off. I can remember in LOFC v1.1.1 and earlier versions, F-15C's flaps can be set down to half position. And the last question: In Key Settings for F-15C's Autopilot, there are 2 actions both named "Altitude Hold", is that an error?
  9. Before 1.2.12, it was pretty easy to control the elevators with keyboard, but since 1.2.12, the elevators can't be reset back to their original angle by releasing the arrow keys like before, and it's impossible to reset them accurately with arrow keys. So, is there any solution to make this problem settled? Don't tell me to buy a joystick. And one more question: F-15C's "Trim Reset" became unavailable since 1.2.12, instead, it added a new function named "T/O trim", what is "T/O Trim" for?
