  1. That only says that they have one team for coding three available aircrafts which are far away from bug free or complete, and that they have four other, wait, five other in the pipeline. And everything is so written, that you could do easy tricks with the words.

If they stick to their promises to fix and finish the released ones before touching anything new, you should consider that a release, even as EA, for the F-15 or Mig-23 sounds completely undoable within 2020. So we are talking about 2021. Maybe. Still unrealistic.

Then there is still the Bronco and the Super Tucano. And then, there is the Bo.

So will the Bo get preferred over another module, or can we expect it somewhere around 2025?

You see, a roadmap would not need any specific dates. Even without years, it would be enough if they could tell what they wanna do in what particular order.

People paid a full price for the Mirage, the Harrier and the Mig-19. Razbam is still in the debt to deliver. It doesn't make a good picture for them if they keep announcing one module after the other while they still can't get existing ones fixed. They can't even get their bug section managed...

How is Decoy‘s statement so hard to interpret? The order seems quite clear to me: First finish existing modules, then move on to Eagle and Flogger. Since Bronco and Tucano aren‘t mentioned, they‘ll be afterwards. The only thing not clear is where the Bo will fit in. And since they signed the contracts literally a few days ago they might not be ready to share that info because it‘s probably not yet set in stone.

Regarding your last paragraph: we all know. You‘ve mentioned it about a hundred times, and it‘s off topic here.

  3. Hm, I don't think so? I see that the Su-33 isn't mentioned in the SC eshop page (neither is the Kuz) but the newsletter said:

The DCS: Supercarrier module also includes the Russian Kuznetsov aircraft carrier, the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, and the Su-33 Flanker D fighter.
Also I did get the standalone (already had the Hornet) and when I ran DCS i got a prompt to download the 33. Already had it through FC3 though.
  4. There were way more conditions and intricacies in the old program than just the single percentage earned. It was just an example.

Anyways, this is what it says on top of the Bonus program conditions page in big red letters:

    Attention!

On 1 August 2019 bonus system was replaced by ED Miles.

Bonus points can not be accrued any more and all existing bonus points will expire on 1 June 2020.

Bonus points cannot be exchanged for ED Miles or cash.

You can only spend the remaining bonuses on products released before August 1, 2019

    It is what it is.

  5. Did I understand it correctly that the next patch will be 2.5.6 and we will have to wait until "early February" for any fixes, or new features for the Hornet/F16?

    Looks that way.

Except they are planning an itermittent 2.5.5 update for next week, but I woundn't count on that. Everybody seems to be focused on 2.5.6 by now.

  6. The exchange rate isn't the same though. you got 20% in bonus points while now you get 10% in miles. Double the value, but in return you had to live with all the different conditions in which you could or couldn't use bonus points. This proved to be very impractical, especially for early supporters buying during the EA phase. Thats exactly why the switch to the miles system happened.

Everybody who bought a module participating in the old bonus program accepted the conditions so i don't see any reason to complain now.

  7.

  8. For the Supercarrier, what is this about waiting 2 years? The fact is everyone gets a discount in Pre-order and Early Access, then after release Hornet owners continue to get a discount while others dont, I dont think Hornet owners are being disrespected at all.

    Thanks

Hm, this is kind of confusing. So you're saying the general discount won't end with the start of Early Access this time? That would be a first, wouldn't it?

I guess I'll just wait for a week, all should be clear when the Presale starts next friday I hope.

30% off during Presale is quite generous btw! :)

Da muss man halt individuell selbst schauen.
