  1. I made a mission, and a track for this. Enjoy. Mi24P ATGM Hover Demo.trk The command is, "(Mi-24P Petrovich AI Helper) Petrovich Helper Interface - move UP" (Keyboard default "W"). Long press... it works just beautifully in a hover. In fact, I made the entire flight from the front seat using Petrovich as Pilot. It worked incredibly well. He even retracts and extends the landing gear!
  2. I just looked through a manual for a P-47N, and there's a section on instrument flying. It was equipped with communication radios, a HOMER system, and period IFF. So it could fly radio ranges, home to beacons, and be talked down by a controller giving at least bearings on a QGH approach. That would make it non-precision approach capable. And I assume approved for instrument flight. I believe this would also apply to other variants so equipped. YMMV
  3. Hi, Cold Start has stalled on "retract mirrors for increased performance." I think the cockpit value probably changed on you, I cannot progress after 2 attempts. I tried a click on the mirrors, the "M" key, and pressing the spacebar (despite no prompt). "Mirage F1 - Training - M01 Cold Start (by Rudel_chw).miz"
  4. I'm sorry, I don't know this reference...
  5. define heavy weather
  6. I don't know why we had to change this from the system that worked wonderfully for years in the Hip. Any chance we can have that same functionality as an option?
  7. Hello, Can you explain what you mean here? I don't understand. Are you asking how to use it in game? or asking about how it was used in history?
  8. How about a strike through line? Like this?
  9. You know... it's been a good while since I've seen a black map display.. Nice!
  10. Kinda glossing over the entirely different chin gun and ATGM racks.. but yeah okay I support more options...
  11. Caught it! Mi24P Crosshair Bug 2.trk
  12. I think a good place to start is to see if you accidentally selected Miscellaneous setting "Force Feedback" if you do not have a force feedback joystick.
  13. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you're experiencing this "generator failure" you are most certainly not flying "within completely normal parameters." Your rotor RPM is life. You must maintain control of it at all times.
  14. There's an option in the sound settings for increased AB sound.
  15. Yes they are very nice, thank you!
  16. Hi @Flappie Took too long to respond in the thread, Just want to say thank you for the diligent work you do in submitting bug reports for our beloved Hind. Keep up the good work!
  17. They way it works in the Hip is different, and my desire is to repeat that for the Hind. You can bind the weapon safety, and it functions with the associated animation. Upon lifting the safety (either with the bind, key combo, or mouse click) the weapon release button is revealed, and activating the weapon release button will animate it and fire weapons. If the weapon system isn't correctly configured, the button animation still works, but no weapons fire. If you don't want to use the safety cover, you can leave it closed and unbound. With the weapons system ready to fire (everything except the cover), pressing the weapon release button (which is hidden and protected by the cover) an animation shows the safety cover lift, the button pressed, and the weapons will fire. Upon releasing the weapon release command, but button pops out, and the safety cover automatically closes. If the weapon system is otherwise not correctly configured, pressing the weapon release has no effect whatsoever.
  18. No, get it right. You waited long enough already.
