  1. So yesterday it was working great. I didn't make any changes. Today I get this error message in Device Manager: https://ibb.co/5nDtnHG https://ibb.co/tprCdcS I'm on Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Build 22000.556 I tried removing and reinstalling and changing to different USB ports, nothing helps. I tried trackIR on my laptop and it's working there. Has anyone experienced something similar?
  2. Hi all. I'm new to HOTAS Worthog. I have a couple of questions I'm trying to solve. 1. It seems that TARGET doesn't recall my LED brightness settings. It always defaults to the brightest setting. I keep setting it to the lowest setting. This is quite annoying. Also, is there a way to ONLY operate the LEDs when I launch DCS? 2. I'm flying the F-18 and I can't find a way to configure the Off/Idle detent. The game recognizes when I set the throttle to OFF, but it doesn't recognize when I take it from OFF to IDLE. Is there a way to set it in TARGET? Thanks.
  3. I'm now using Logitec's software. I downloaded the software 2 months ago so I'm not sure about the version. I'm assuming it's the latest one.
  4. Followed exactly these steps, and my string value is exactly as the OP, but it doesn't work when I plug the X52 Pro. I still have to manually load it.
  5. Didn't work for me. I removed the Mode 1 + Pinkie, Mode 2 + Pinkie, Mode 3 + Pinkie and saved it as DCS.pr0 and loaded that profile. In DCS I go to add modifiers and set to X52 pro and when I press the pinkie, DCS doesn't recognise I pressed anything. Update: Got it working. I didn't notice btn 6 was already assigned. Thanks!
  6. That's exactly what I'm experiencing. DCS doesn't recognise when I press the pinkie button, but joy.cpl does recognise when I press pinkie. Strange...
  7. Hi guys. Seems that the pinkie button cannot be used as a modifier in DCS. I'm trying to set it inside DCS and not via Logitec software utility. Is this possible? I know that the pinkie is considered as button 6, if looking in Windows game controller. This means that the pinkie switch is working. Is there a way of making this switch as a modifier?
  8. anyone got CF working with the latest Adrenaline drivers? I tried to follow this guide, but it didn't work for me: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/crossfire-profile-for-dcs.406062/#post-5236162
  9. Thanks for the answer. Can Process Lasso help in any way? Should I limit dcs.exe to 4 cores if I enable HT? Or should I just enable HT and not mess with it at all?
  10. Hi all, I have an old PC running 2x R9 290 and an overclocked Core i7 3770K @ 4.7Ghz, 16GB DDR. The game is on SSD. 1. Does 2.5.5 support or have a way of supporting CrossFire using AMD drivers Adrenaline 2020 2. Should I disable Hyperthreading for the CPU? I noticed that disabling it, the game will take a bit longer to load, however, all cores are about 90%+ utilised. I tried to do an FPS comparison with and without hyperthreading, using just in the cockpit and outside view on the runway, as a starting benchmark and I didn't notice much of a difference. It could be because either it has no effect or I'm missing out on something. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
  11. So does using the clutch button causes issues in-game? I've seen some posts about the need to cancel the clutch option in order to avoid some conflicts.
  12. thank you all for your detailed replies. I guess I'll have to spend that time (and fight the desire to have some BF4 action instead) to configure the x-52 pro. @Blech, thank you very much for the detailed reply and screenshots. One thing I don't understand is, what is the meaning of Clutch in the game? I know I have it disabled in the X-52 driver settings but why is it an issue to have it enabled and what does it do?
