Hey guys. So im a newb and ive been looking but reallu cant find an answer other than "its supposed to be like that"
But its not right! Drives me nuts!!
So basically, When i manipulate my camera so that my head is in the CORRECT position, and im not sitting literally on the stick, my hud is WAY too large. Not the font, but the entire field of view.
It SHOULDNT be like this. You should be able to see the entire hud from the eye point, and remain in view as you lean foreward, increasing the font size. This is how real huds work, ive worked on them.
As it stands, i have my head on the headrest, and i have to lean ALL the way foreward to get the entire hud in view and the text and symbols do not scale...its almost as if the symbols and text are out in front of the plane or locked to my eyepoint... i cannot find how to fix this, all combinations of camera views wont fix it...
This bothers me so much i dont even want to take the time to learn the A10C until i can get a proper view....
This is the only plane whose pilot seems to love having the stick up his bum...
