  1. Those wings are probably for sabot protection. The penetration arrow burns through the wings and starts its evil work outside the actual tank - and so the crew survives.
  2. Somewhere in FAQ there is a short explanation. To sum it up: different weapon types on one station are not supported by the real Ka-50 - and so not by the sim.
  3. That is probably the best tool for nvidia cards. It can change the profiles used for every game and enhance the modes of AF and AA by the supported but not selectable in the nvidia desktop tool.
  4. For a modern hardware PC Vista is much better. I can run multicore systems much better and make sure you have enough RAM. 2 GB is too few for 64bit though, have at least 4 GB for 64bit.

    New icons

Hi, with big icons enabled on my Vista I needed better looking icons for the sim. Time to share them! ;) Preview pics attached. Icons are in the zip. Bows Forlorn Icons.zip
  6. I love BS, I had the most intense low level flights I ever had in a simulation. But the training is really bad. I learned alot more from the producer's notes.
  7. The latest release from Dec 9th tells it can work with 8 cores. Did you update?
  8. Oh, i forgot to mention that this is for the new i7 only.
  9. Keep in mind that XP and Vista assign the physical and logic CPU this way: Physical core1: 0 and 1 Physical core2: 2 and 3 Physical core3: 4 and 5 Physical core4: 6 and 7 So if you set affinity to 0 and 1 you actually slow down your performance. Rather try 0 and 2 - and via taskmanager 0 2 4 6. ;)
  10. Uh yeah. I can't wait until BS is released in a non-russian version!
  11. LOL, the ftp is the easiest access to kill your server. Also ssh is open, rpcbind (!11!), mysql!11!!!!!!. No wonder it got hacked - it would take 2 min on google and a command console.
  12. It the server software not the board. Apache version 1.3.39 has several php and sql injections possible. Your server has port 3306 for mysql open - WTF!1!! edit: it is very simple - do a scan of a ip-range - throw a injection on all the ips you find and you will find some servers that are bad maintained - like the one your website is running on. BONG!
