Pretty much done with a fictional low visibility RNoAF livery. I'm planning to make some with colors as well.

I use a color picker tool to get the html color code (e.g #ffffff) and paste it into Photoshop. Unless you mean something else by "loading them into PS"?

Could be WIP or maybe he just hasn't loaded more countermeasures than that or used some on the mission?

Ok, I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Photoshop to try it there and it works perfect - so it seems like GIMP is the problem.
