  1. Yes I do. I have skimmed the user files and took the latest versions of those files. And like I wrote before, the only way to have those missions working is to manually edit them. There is one thing I have to try out: Use the new Kuz since DCS offers two version in mission planning. Maybe the model is different.
  2. For the airport related problem, the issue is that the 4th wingman for the player is also taking off from SPOT1. So you have to edit the mission and have that guy already in the air. But it requires to examine each mission.
  3. I am on FC3 with SU33 and 27 mainly: Fortress Mozdok and the Ultimate Argument are fine (SU27). The SU33 from users have many problems for now: Some are impossible to win because the AIM120 and F16 are somehow overruling the sky (especially at night), was not the case like 1 year ago. For the SU33 the problem is the KUZ, where for whatever reason instead of leaving from the ship the game put you on the closest airfield (might be enemy).
  4. I have issues since several weeks with SU33 campaigns. Want to know if you share the same problems. a) Simulation crash when doing an approach on the KUZ. Seems not related to the FAF but rather a distance from the ship, meaning regardless the route I am taking to the FAF simulation will crash. b) Impossible to take off from the KUZ. Looks like some conditions are not met so instead of being on the KUZ the game drops me at the nearest airport when stating a mission. I can play the missions by editing them and choosing appropriate airport for take off, changing the routes and the scenario but this is a pain. Thanks for sharing. 5. Problem was self solved after the "Free for all" in Apr 2020. Got the same issue. Owner of FC3, DCS 2.5 open beta.
  6. Problem solved. Root cause unknown. Might have been fix by the massive downloads of free modules Covid19 phase.
  7. Got a Windows uptate too on Friday, might be related as I did windows and DCS update to lastest Same as others, cannot exit the game. When I press ESC and click QUIT a mission, screen freeze (without the pop up). I do not have the DLL as listed by Pedro. 8. I am sharing my problem (and potential solution) with the Warthog Joystick not been recognized on windows 10 anymore. After doing some greasing on it it did not worked. It turned out that I have reversed some parts and finally plugged the grip in the wrong direction causing the din connector to sink into the joystick base. Bottom line: The din plug needs to be flush with the metal plate. If not your stick is not recognized anymore. Plug that has sunk due to wrong grip insertion: https://support.thrustmaster.com/wp-content/uploads/Dinpushed1.jpg Plug that should be flush:https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/uploads/monthly_03_2014/post-14028-0-71581900-1394275996_thumb.jpg
  9. Thanks Precog and Harker for your inputs. Will check that as soon as possible. Update: Reverted to 2.5.5.33057 Open Beta and recovered the feature where the dds is applied on the virtual pilot body kneeboad. Sad that those things are not shown into the release notes (or I overlooked them).
  10. I have placed a 1024x1024 DDS file named pilot_f18_fp_kneeboard.dds into the X:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\TempTextures as instructed in forums. Since yesterday I am back to the default kneeboard picture, not mine anymore. 1.Tried based on other forums to put into savedgames...(see forum for exact location) as png files and here also no luck, still the default one. 2.Used GIMP and Paint.net to save the file as DDS just to rule out tools used. 3.Used a user file that I have downloaded to rule out picture corruption. 4. My install is not on C drive but I never had issues before (been on that drive for ages)Note: Not a file server drive in case you are wondering why my drive letter is X. X:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\TempTextures 5. I am on windows installation, not steam. I did an update yesterday. Any suggestions?
  11. Hello, You might found those pots around Arduinos parts (joysticks) and PS4 joystick replacement. Found some on AliExpress
  12. I was working in professional simulators as test pilot, test engineer and software developer. And I have a message for the whole DCS contributors: Been there and done that, debugging code and scripts, rethinking architecture, migration scripts, integration plans, testing campaigns, bug fix and non regression testing, sprint planning and backlog grooming...So a big thank you for your work and dedication, 2.5 is great.
  13. I have seen that fix in various places but sorry it does not work for me. 1.6.4 for tacview and both DCS up to date as per Dec 31st. FIXED> MOVED the file (not copied!)
  14. Same problem. Renaming the settings.lua file as explained in the post fixed the problem. Did the update like 3 or 4 days ago and got the issue.
  15. Gruezie dhevans79 Look at that videos For the rudder this is what I ve done. a) Opened the X52, looked for the pot and for the values written on it. b) Looked at the pot on the RCS and purchased the same pot but with the value from the X52 (value in ohms and linear pot of course). c) Cut the wires from the pot inside the stick and routed the wires to the RCS. In Switzerland, the easy source for finding parts is Conrad, unless you have a local store near by, the only one I know close for me is in Geneva. Since the specs are available on the site it is not hard to find the same pot. Example here http://www.conrad.ch/ce/fr/overview/0241710/Potentiometres-rotatifs?filterVariation=lin%C3%A9aire Cheers,
