speedbump

So no seems to know the answer to this. I read you can log in and pull up all your old serials but WTF good does that doe if you can't get past that stupid screen that no one seems to know how to get past. I've never seen a screen like that with all that messed up bunch of numbers and there is no option to do anything with all that. I asked on Sim HQ about it and was directed to another poor guy asking the same question here so at least I'm not the only person that does not know how to get past that.

Every time I try to make a new password so I can log into get my serials, it says Incorrect check word for login There is a long list of numbers Trying to reset my password and I can get to the reset password part after the email but I have no clue what Incorrect check word for login means. So I go around and around and it keeps telling me incorrect check word. All that mess of numbers? If so, what do you do with that long list of numbers, there is no place to put them. Any help would be appreciated. My email is speedbump1@gmail.com and my login user name is texascbx. I have the P51, the A10C, the F-86, and Flaming cliffs 3.
