  1. Yes i do, i destroyed all my target. But I like a more aggressiv dive. It's only a problem after multiple attack's, 2-3 drops and a repair after works but guns is to much. Trying to not exed the limit takes away the agility, touch with velvet gloves only. I am confused, expected 8G but the limit is much lower. I try to understand the airframe, metal can crack but wood is flexible. What is the problem, why so weake?
  2. Ok did a 7G pull over the airfield and have requested a repair, Mosi took damage. Yes looks like G limit is causing to breake the wing. But the Mosi feels realy fragile due to this fact.
  3. During my dive bombing practice i had unusal wing loss multipel times. When this happend the first time i thought my wings had collision with the bombs, watching the track after shows this was not happen. The wing getting loss without collision, even in low G manuvers after dropping bombs. Its like a invisible wave is hitting the plane when the bombs hitting the ground, wing get los before detonation. Could be a bug with the Bomb delay, but not sure about that. Tracks uploaded, investigate please Mosi wing loss.trk Mosi wing loss2.trk ...one more track Mosi wing loss3.trk
  4. All mods were removed and and repair was done. The isue remained and no log file was created. When I changed the fuel quantity the windows loading ring appeared, after a double click, Windows gave the massage that the application is not responding and to terminate the process. I tried to produce a log file and had a bit patience, since the loading was done everything runs normal. Problem is solved for me. If someone experiencing the same, this post could have a solution. Thank you for your help BIGNEWY
  6. My engine quit without overheating and sooner, like less duribility after the patch.
  7. Since the last Beta patch. Every time I try to change the fuel quantity in editor, game freeze CTD
  8. Any news about the Super Tucano?
  9. Recently i noticed the Stick is not moving by turning the trim wheel, but H-Rudder does. Looks like the stick animtion is missing. I took a closer look at the stabilizer, you can't see it in F2 view, so i used the free camera and found someting interesting. The H-rudder is not movieng with the Stabilizer in a proper way. The following picture shows the H-rudder relative to the Stabilizer with maximum trim tail heavy and zero stick input, H-rudder should self align due to the drag but does not. --- The next picture shows the H-rudder reletive to the the Stabilizer with maximum trim nose heavy and zero stick input, its similar to the picture befor. Take a closer look at the edges inside the red circle, H-rudder is not aligned with the Stabilizer. The attitude of the H-rudder shows the stick is pulled back a little bit. With zoom: --- The next picture shows how it should be with maximum trim nose heavy, the H-rudder is aligned with the Stabilizer by pushing the stick a little bit forward. With zoom: By the way, my axis tune setting in the picture is slider checked and Saturation (Y) at 98, its better than my previous setting with curvature at +1 and less dragy. --- It's not to criticize, its for the progress and... I want to say thank you to the whole team, thank you for all the beautiful modules you have created in the past years. And best wishis you keep up the work and be successful with your future projects so we can enjoy DCS like we always do. It's obvious, i think this post deserves a reported. H-rudder alignment.trk
  10. Update: i have produced a Track file for the Missing prop damage. But its hard to produce a short working Track file for the Bullet damage. Missing Prop Damage.trk
  11. Ain't think it's possible to recreate everything painstakingly, we can only use te stuff we got right now.
  12. Can we expect a Russian Fighter in the near future? a Yak or La maybe, there was a Mig too. Ain't got the knowledge what a good one was, but would be nice to have one.
  13. Thank you very much for this video, all right its confirmed by a 109 pilot, level flight is at Trim 0 And i got new evidence too, this is a historical document with content about a pre dive configuration. Page: 9 Sorce: http://www.airwar.ru/other/manuals/[aviation] - [manuals] - Betriebs und Rustanleitung - Me-109E mit DB601.pdf Digital Sorce: https://ww2aircraft.net%2Fforum%2Fattachments%2Fbf109e-handbuch-pdf.89212%2F&usg=AOvVaw3tAVNEfMKbKknLJc45lLBM Translation: VI. Flight under special conditions a. dive 1. Adjust the horizontal-stabilizer trim so that the aircraft can only be kept in the nosedive by gently pressing . This condition is best created by turning from level trim to 1/2° tail-heavy trim. If it is detected during the dive that the Hand strength for the horizontal-rudder direction "push" decreases, then stop the dive immediately. 2. Throttle in idle position. 3. Make sure that the temperature of the lubricant and cooling water does not drop below 40°C. Depending on the weather, close the water cooler flaps halfway or fully. 4. Propeller position about 9.30 a.m. Danger ! Maximum allowed engine speed for dive 3000 rpm. Meaning: Its crystal clear, dive configuration was tail heavy. They pulled out the dive when the stick force decreased. It's probably a misconception of reading the raw data, its also possible a unnoticed + or - value in the FM is inverted. We also need to take into account how the dive test and Stick Force data was created, a weight scale was installed at the front instrument panel and we need to understand how this experiment works. A plausible explanation is the horizontal-stabilizer was trim full forward to create a counter force at the horizontal-rudder, the stick was placed at a weight scale to read the needed Stick force in Kg at a certain speed. The Stick Force experiment was not performed to make a depicton of flight charecteristics, the experiment shold only show how much Stick Force was needed to maneuver the Aircraft at a certain speed.
  14. I can agree speed can push a nose a little bit, but not this much. the horizon at 30.000 feet is lower So you guys try to tell me the misdesigned wings caused the pitchup and the unnatural attitude? never Ok let's keep it simple what's the physics behind the pitchup behavior?
  15. At what speed 300 kph 0,8 ATA? is not a combat setting. She behaves the same at lower speed 400-500-600 kph makes no diffrence. A Magical lift is not a explanation, where is this lift coming from? The only thing what gets lifted is the heavy tail.
  16. If this would be the natural attitude of the plane the convergence point of the guns would aim at the horizon and its not. I dont think there is a problem with the convergence point.
  17. Ok than clarify, explain why she does that please.
  18. Its not guessing, and i prove it with a picture. Configuration is 100% fuel and MW50 + ammo. She is pointing nose down in level flight, for comparation all other warbirds pointing at the horizon in level. Can someone explain why she does that? Why a Manufacture shold build a fighter aircraft shooting nose down? It makes no sense, its evidence that something is not right here. 100% or 1% fuel makes no difference in this odd behavier. A plane with this attitude would be in a descend, but she is not.
  19. Thank you very much for this long post. If this plane really got no engine no cockpit, we can see, it's still nose heavy We got data from dive tests, yes they used nose down trim to stay in the dive. But dive configuration is not level flight, there is simply no data about level flight configuration. Not a single offical Luftwaffe document was found. If someone got a Luftwaffe document about level flight configuration and procedures, please show me. It's only assumption they used dive configuration for level flight. DCS Flight characteristics shows clearly, the COG is somewhere in the aft beyond the pilot seat. If this is the case, we all can agree there is something not right with the COG.
  20. I play a lot on the server, most time allies. Sometimes I feel a bit lost in the first missions when allies spawn at the island to cross the channel, it's a huge area and everybody is all over the place. Don't know if this is historical accurate, but i would like to see the 30-NA with a beacon to find Flight leader and wingman. I have noticed that axis got a really hard time RTB to Argentan and Euvrax, so they choose Lasay. Sad the direction finder still bugs, is it possible to add maybe Ballons or something else to find this bases? Bad scoring is demotivating new players, good decision to not show the death count I really enjoy this server, thx
  21. Yes I know, it's a never ending story. From time to time i come back to the 109. Some years ago I modified my pitch axis nose down and stopped caring. But still feels wrong. The rudder is producing drag, the nose down attitude of the plane is producing drag. Yes the Pilot is sitting on top of the fuel tank... and the fuel tank is sitting on top of the wings. Everything heavy is in front and on top of the wings, the Prop, Engine, Radiators, landing gear, oxygen, cockpit, Pilot, ammo and fuel. The only thing is MW50 in the back of the seat with 85kg. The engine is in Front and have a weight of near 800kg, the fuel tank got a capacity of 400kg. The tail is never this heavy, what is the weight at the tail wheel real one? For example, in this picture we can see the cable is mounted near the COG. It's still nose heavy so they had to add a cable at the nose. I think the 109 armed and fueled, the COG is between the landing gear at payload mount. Should be able fly level with 0 trim. YoYo was right with the data and the range of the elevator. But today i think, something is not right with the weight balance of this plane. Ok it's maybe only a model, however this guy show's how to set up the COG for his plane, but it's still the same aerodynamic frame.
