  1. I'm starting to get right off this company. It just seems overly complicated and convoluted. I would have preferred to it to be a single option with all of it.
  2. Thanks for the letting us know, it's appreciated. It'll get here when it gets here.
  3. They should be in the main DCS folder: x:\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\campaigns\F-14 Speed & Angels\Doc If not then you might want to run a repair or something: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/709/
  4. I'd take anything at this point, preferably a host of fixes.
  5. I know the Hoggit servers have figured out a way to export them to Discord. Don't ask me how though, no doubt it's complicated.
  6. Yup ignore what I said, I just tested it at much lower speeds (and G) and no problem ejecting.
  7. I thought my pilot was just being noble and choosing to go down with the ship, but yes ejection doesn't seem to work at the moment.
  8. I can confirm the Core Parking solution solves this problem. Normal service has resumed.
  9. Okay, embarrassing, but a revelation. The DCS Shortcut no longer leads to the Single Thread version as had in 2.8, so I've now redirected it to the single thread .exe in the correct bin folder. Now I've checked the single thread version, it's all fine and dandy again. The stuttering exists purely in MT so at least it's playable in ST. Still odd though. TLDR- The auto generated desktop shortcut goes via the dcs_updater which now directs to the dcs.exe in the bin-mt folder instead of the bin folder.
  10. Two screens. Just tried it as a single monitor 2560x1080, set to single screen and no effect. Switched it back to two screens again with my odd resolution and DCS is running perfectly smooth again. Something strange is afoot at the Circle K. How it should look (it has since gone back to the stuttering on subsequent flights): The movement you're seeing on the graphs is from the Geforce screen capture software.
  11. I don't usually have V-Sync on, I just wanted to see if it prevented menu lag in this instance but it doesn't. I've switched it off again.
  12. Thanks Glide. The odd one here is that I used the following settings earlier today and it was a constant 180fps. Didn't budge and was silky smooth. Put DCS on a couple of hours later and it was horrendous. Something very odd going on here as even the menus are spiking performance. Edit: Just tried Glide's settings, fine for the first flight, problem resumed on second flight and DCS crashed entirely.
  13. No of course I don’t need 180fps, but I do need a steady frame rate. At the moment it’s stuttering and dropping erratically even on menus. I’d settle with 30fps at this point providing it stays smooth. The lag is so bad I can't navigate the main menu.
  14. Afternoon. Problem has not been solved as I thought it had. Stuttering is back, including menu lag. My performance had plummeted since the 2.9 update with no alteration to graphic settings (or so I thought). Even the menu wasn't immune to lags and stutters. Done the usual: Installed on an NVME, Cleared Metarshaders and fxo, cleared Nvidia Folder, disabled Hot Plugging, slow repaired twice. Switched off SSS and it was back to a steady 180fps in the Gen 3 Constant Peg Instant Action mission (F14 Module). Not sure what's going on but that graphic option brought my PC to its knees. MT. This solution now has stopped working and seems to vary depending on the the mood it's in. First try this evening, horrendous lag and stutter. Restarted, perfectly smooth, restarted again, horrendous lag and stutter. Also a sidenote, so Super Sampling has now been removed in the ST version? Grrrr. Pretty much unplayable in this state. Anyone able to take a look and give me a clue? Stutterific.trk DxDiag.txt dcs.log
  15. A few things there. 1. Left brake is constantly at 50% (use your heels to control rudder, not the ball of your feet) 2. Hard landing (aim for around 500-700fpm) or risk blowing a tyre 3. Do not brake on landing just let it roll and use rudder to counter any lateral movement. Spoilers should be armed, air brake should be out, so just pull back and let the aero do the braking. When it has slowed down significantly (around 60-80kts) then apply wheel brakes. When you've slowed down blow 80kts (I tend to go less than that) use the nose wheel steering.
  16. Sorry just to add my 10p's worth, it would be preferable to have a more bland Jester during high workload moments (the distraction Jester causes during AAR is pretty unbearable when you're learning and doesn't improve with multiple listenings). I love the landing comments and pretty much all the rest of Jester, it's just those odd times you want to roll inverted at low level and hit his eject button. Anyway, cheers guys. Absolutely love this module to death.
  17. At this point anything added to the Super carrier would be a bonus. I'd just be happy with push-back for parking.
  18. Never had an issue with trim as it is, it holds level flight fine at all altitudes.
