  1. Sorry fore the late replay! i can see the open kneeboard in the mixed reality mirror and made a short video just to show my teammates how i used it, but was super laggy in comparison to dcs mirror.
  2. waiting the 2 weeks they solve this you can try my workaround! it helps a lot! before i was scared checking the map at low alt. Now it's safe!
  3. well i solved this by using the mod that remove the mig29 hangar and replaces it with a black screen! Saving vram and improving textures loading time when going from F1 cockpit view to map F10 and back! now it's just a 1 second delay! super smooth! mod link https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3319867/
  4. i have a black screen for 3-4 seconds every time i get in cockpit with MT (VR reverb g2) it's not a big problem i just wait a moment for it to settle. The problem is while i'm in game and flying and i want to check the F10 map. While i get back to cockpit i have a 3 seconds scary blackout! Also some of my teammates (in VR) experienced game crashes while cheking the map. all in 4ya normandy server! @NineLinepls let me know if it's a known bug or if you need Video and Log.
  5. Hi just one. We were both in P51. It was a pre-invasion mission so we were just about to reach France. After the crash it got late so we both stopped. I updated my signature with my rig. PS regarding WWII multiplayer, pre Overlord invasion missions offers a total different gameplay. Having a map with invasion airfields removed could be easy to achieve and offer a lot of opportunities to game designers.
  6. 4ya server Normandy WWII was flying midchannel 2000ft nothing fancy was happening. DCS crashed. i report this because a friend of mine in Vr too (i'm G2 he's in oculus) crasched few seconds after me. So i imagine something could have happened server side! We were both flying MT dcs.log-20230313-221514.zip
  7. from what i googled it's enabled by default on asus boards (ther's no bios toggle) how do you start vr then? PS i reverted to OpenXr and it works but last time i tried both, i had the feeling i had better graphic and fps with steamvr even if i know steamvr add an additional step and teoretically more latency...
  8. Crash on startup VR with SteamVr 5800x3d 32gb 1x16 ram 3600 cl14 gskill rtx3080 nvme tried a full repair and deleted fxo and metashaders2 but crash anyway! simdhaker anf dcsbios enabled dcs.log-20230310-223526.zip dcs.log-20230310-222206.zip
  9. Ty all for the replay! Good point and good info. Will listen more to the tone! In the end I think I will keep the speed force feeling on the stick anyway, it's so much fun flying with it and compensate a little for the lack of G force!
  10. I imagine that Stability Augmentation System and hydraulics help removing the strain from the pilot, but I wonder if the stick force change anyway as the speed changes. I heard that a10 is still flown by the seat of your pants, but I wonder how much hydraulics masks this. I'm asking this because coming from Warbirds world I normally use a DIY FORCE FEEDBACK. A VKB gunfighter with extension that by DCS bios Arduino and a motor by a pulley and a rubber band stiffen and relax the stick force according to speed. I love the feeling for warbirds and a10 too but I wonder if it's good to simulate the a10 handling.
  11. check this too https://fredemmott.com/blog/2022/05/29/vr-software-components.html
  12. TY nice guide! what do you suggest by sying to start fresh? and as an alternative how do i get rid of OpenComposite?
  13. problems here too! Reverb G2 safe mode works (with bad fps) then playing with openXr toolkit lead to DCS freezes eithet on statrtup or while loading missions i still have to understand wich options are safe and wich not... ps where do i find the option to force motion reprojection on and off?
