  1. Guys, i could really use some help with mmjoy. I have made my own rudder pedals, using the excellent guide found on mudspike. I have flashed the pro micro board, connected the tle5010 sensor and i am getting data from the sensor. Now it´s getting weird. I have used the calibrate helper to find the min and max and i have set up the center postion. The values are between 40194 and 41232. First problem: Using vkb joystick tester, i dont get a center postion with the min and max on the outsides, but the line is on the top, with only very small min and max. Second problem: The pedals do show up in windows gamecontrollers, but there is no axes to calibrate. Has anybody seen this before and does somebody know what i am doing wrong? Thank you in advance.
  2. Just stumbled on this in my search for a Roccat powergrid replacement. Thank you. This is awesome!
  3. I use Roccat power grid. I know it's not developed anymore but it is still very usable. Saw something with the streamdeck app about a montly subscription, so for me that is a no go. If someone would only continue with powergrid, that would be amazing!
  4. Just heard from Roccat that they are thinking about how tot make this software open source. Thank you for choosing ROCCAT. Power-Grid is currently not developed any further but we are currently in the process to check what we would have to do to make an open source project out of Power-Grid so that the community which is small but dedicated can work on it themselves. Unfortunately I don't have any current information on how this is proceeding. I really hope that they do!
  5. Just wanted to say thank you for pointing out this program. I downloaded and installed some grids for the su25/25t. Had to alter some commands but it is working perfectly! Will dive in some more and try to make better grids. To bad Roccat does not support it any longer. Tryed to reach out to them but so far no response. If only this could become open source????
  6. Sorry, not the silver one. That one is a pain in the butt. I have the lower throttle Rotary as a 3 position speedbrake and the rotary on the base as the Pinky switch for the lights.
  7. Yes, it can be done. I have my Pinky switch at a Rotary. Look at froogles vid hoe to do it.
  8. I have tried the wd40 ptfe version and it is perfect! It leaves a non sticking layer and the stick is now smooth as butter! I used this version https://wd40.nl/wd-40-specialist/droogsmeerspray-met-ptfe/
  9. I Just dont understand why they made the centering mechanism this bad. Not just one, but all! The problem is that in that price range, there is not much choice. At least not about 2 years ago. I have seen the vkb and the virpil sticks, and they make my mouth water. But the price! I can not explain that to the 'queen'. @bearfoot: do you still have pictures?
  10. Ah, but i only found out about the ptfe after i tried all of the above. I have read many forums, all about the same problem, with different solutions. I have also ordered a cone spring from AliExpress with the perfect dimensions. Just to try, costs almost nothing. Fingers crossed:)
  11. Normal wd40 is indeed not suitable for lubing the x55. Bin there. But there is the ptfe version. https://wd40.nl/wd-40-specialist/hoogwaardige-smeerspray-met-ptfe/ Its in dutch, buy you het the point. It leaves a dry, non sticking ptfe layer. This should be usable. What i want is a way to remove the collar and put onze big cone like spring in the middle. I already tried without spring and with rubber bands. Its to loose and does not centre properly. I am just trying to find a solution for this problem.
  12. I have Read that graphite powder gunks up, making it even more sticky. Going to try the wd40 ptfe version soon, but i also think that the centering ring is just to thight. Any good ideas to loosening it up a bit?
  13. I have a x55 for some time now and the stick is not good at all. Its has a lot of friction on the spring and the collar below it. Ik would like to know if it is possible to remove the collar and place a custom spring. If not, wat are your suggestions in making the stick less sticky? I already tried vaseline, wd40, lipbalm and the best so far... Cooking oil! Is it possible to sand it, using some very fine sandpaper? Love to hear from you! Grtz, Foxsailor
  14. Dear fellow pilots, While flying the mig29 and su27, i noticed à big difference in panning. In the su27 when looking over my shoulder, i look past the seat, which is good. In the mig29, when i look over my shoulder, i look directly at the seat! Why is this different? Is it because of the pilot figure? Would-be love to have that in the other planes to! Thnx in advance! Grtz, Foxsailor
