  1. Hi Ive been messing around with DCS for a while and want to step up my playing by playing with someone or a group of experienced players who can help me improve my skills. Im flying the F15C at the moment but want to jump into the A10 at some point. Im UK based, 18 years old and can play a variety of times. If anyone wants to help me out that would be great :)
  2. So I have a cheap Logitech extreme 3D pro. Can I get by in the A10C with just one hat button and a few other normal buttons or does it realistically require the warthog stick or something similar? I have got the dosh to spend on a new stick right now and im wondering if I should bother to learn the A10C?
  3. Hi im just getting into DCS and have a basic grasp of the huey and the SU-25T ( slowly working my way up to the A10C). I see people on here talking about different squadrons and teams they have and im wondering how I can get involved in all that and is there an easy way to find these people? Also Ive seen on YT people playing with real players acting as Pilots, JTACS, ATC etc and im wondering where I can get involved with these combined arms severs/ people?
  4. Thanks for the reply. What would make for a better rotary stick then? I hear force feedback is important in helos?
  5. Thanks for the info, so TrackIR is the next immediate thing. Do pedals vary in quality as much as a HOTAS? does spending the extra cash really equate to much?
  6. Could do with a little help with my setup. So I am just getting into DCS and flight sim in general. I got myself a logitech extreme 3d pro very cheap but very good for a beginner. Ive enjoyed it alot but I want to enhance my set-up a bit and increase my immersion. I want to know what the next immediate thing I should buy should be. Ive heard Track IR is a must but im also missing pedals. Im also finding it very hard to fly the A10 with the lack of buttons on my current stick so is that something I should change now? any help is appreciated.
