  1. I just wanted to say, thank you; thank you very much to the VNAO team. The superbly made 'Goshawk' made me come back, to the DCS World. At the current time, everything has to be monetised: unfinished modules, meaningless DLCs, mini soundtracks... You gave this gift, to everyone. My humble compliments, to the development team; the T-45 is an excellent and altruistic work of art! Stay safe and healthy; kind regards
  2. How I miss the Hawk. Teasing us like that; this is mean Please, let us help testing the Goshawk. Kind regards.
  3. Some of us love the Hawk; we bought the module and we wanted to fly her. Currently, we can't... Some time ago, I have backed it up on a zip file. Ive reinstalled DCS World and I have unzipped the Hawk, on the "Mods" folder. I can fly the superbly made «A-4E» and the «MB-339»... unfortunately, the Hawk is not flyable, although it shows "flyable" on the mission creator/editor. There are a lot of talented members and superb free additions, made by the community. I wanted to ask if a talented "moder" (that also bought the Hawk) could look at it; to edit and change the needed files, to make it flyable again. Then, share only the needed files that need to be overwritten on the Mods/aircraft/Hawk folder and help us, to fly her again. I think my request do not go against any "intellectual property" by the Hawk's creators. I am not asking to share the full airplane; I am asking to share just the files that need to be changed/overwritten, to make her flyable again. Please, just take a little time, from your current project and help us out. I think a lot of people would be really, really grateful for this gift. A lot of health and kind regards, to everyone, Me Prior to make this post; I've tried everything without success... I have no experience, on DCS's aircraft creation or development.
  4. Of course; on the Eagle Dynamics's forum, the general consensus is: Buy from here if you want to support the developers! What does that mean... If I spend my money to buy the modules from Steam, am I not supporting the «ED» company too? Let's see: 1) Steam gives you a bigger discount. The ED Store wants more money and you can't pay, in euros. 2) Steam gives you a key and the option to link your purchase, to the standalone version. Buying from ED; you are limited to the standalone version... everything is Steam incompatible. 3) Steam gives you a refund; you can test the module and if you come to the conclusion that it doesn't deserves the *60 euros, you can refund it. From the ED Store, all sales are final. 4) Steam delivers your the product and updates faster; not the «slow torrent crap» method and no massive SSD space, needed for the installation. If you choose the ED store, you should buy a bigger SSD 1st. Steam also supports the Alpha / Beta branch; not the stable version only! Meanwhile: The A-10C module still uses the Starforce malware. The Black Shark module still uses the Starforce malware. The Flaming Cliffs module still uses the Starforce malware. After all this time no «keyless» DRM option, for all modules... even if you you want to stick with the Starforce, you can't... now, everything is keyless / ONLINE; except the modules mentioned above. Is up to you to think about it; regards to all, Xanix
  5. Damn you Eagle Dynamics... teasing me, with those sexy Viper's pictures! Couldn't resist; already pre-ordered from the DCS Store :)
  6. The ARMADA's Dassault in blue looks stunning… ALPHA JET: 50,000 HOURS UNDER THE CROSS OF CHRIST! http://passarodeferro-operations.blogspot.com/2013/02/alpha-jet-50000-horas-sob-cruz-de-cristo.html
  7. Concordo... Nós temos cá o F-16 MLU, na Esquadra 201 ;) Abraço dos Falcões.
  8. My friend, thank you for the reply. Yes; as I've already written, that was my last mistake. First; we could buy it on Steam and add it, to DCS World. After that; they have become incompatible. Now; if you buy it from Steam, you can add it to DCS stand alone. I'll wait for them to show up on Steam... Regards
  9. I've pre-ordered the F-14, directly from the DCS store... I ended with the need to rebuy it again, on Steam. My last mistake; I'll not buy no more modules, directly from the DCS Store; only from Steam. DCS store - no Steam key *Steam + «activation» for the DCS store What I wanted to ask is; will the Fw 190 & the F-16 be released (pre-order) at the same time, on Steam? Kind regards, Xanix
  10. Thank you. Posting there a request... let's see if someone can help me out.
  11. I know, I know... maybe is to early but, ED is it possible to already add an ‘area’ for the F-16? It’s already in development. Some monthly updates and pictures of the project would be really, really nice! Also, the Hawk is gone. It’s forum as vanished. Why can’t it have its little ‘place’, in here? Some people still fly it on DCS... how are we supposed to share information and tips now; please, bring it back. Good or bad, the Hawk is part of DCS history. Regards to all
  12. Hello. I'm still waiting for the F-14 integration, on the stable version. Is it possible to already access, the music album? I've heard a sneak peek and I'm eager to listen the full album; well the «bird» too… *Upon release on 'stable', will it be (music) on the MODULE folder?
  13. As an DCS World supporter, I've bought all my modules from the Eagle Dynamics store. The option was, Steam store or ED store... I've chosen, support the developers (no steam cut). I've been away some time from DCS. Some days ago, I've read the great news; Steam buyers can 'link' the addons to DCS stand alone now... ED buyers as me, can't have a similar option. No 'link' from Eagle Dynamics to Steam; a simple no! I've paid full price for the modules. Steam players could/can have bought/buy the modules'on sale' and also be rewarded, with this new option. I've also bought some modules on Steam. The (almost all modules) collection I have from ED, can't be used on Steam... the incoming F-14 module included. The 'Hawk' I have was bought from the ED store. Soon, it's going to be removed from the simulator. ED also don't aknowledge any responsability; it's not ED fault. If ED was capable of selling the module, it should find a way to support/resolve the situaltion with the developers, for the benefit of the players. Of course, nothing will be done! MAC; sooner or latter is going to be released. Is ED planing to make me buy all addons again? 'New' product... 'new' money? I'm an old and faithfull client; I find this situation really disrespectfull. Some years ago, Eagle Dynamics would not have taken decisions like this ones. Player since the good old DOS Flanker. Regards to all, Me
  14. Hello. I really would be very happy to receive more updates, on the "new" MAC branch... UNIX > BSD... I've already bought, almost all the DCS Modules. My last purchase; of course the F-14... the most professional and outstanding module to date, from an ED's partner developer! My Christmas gift. Can ED give us a more 'up to date' news, on the development of MAC; better yet, add a MAC sub-forum place. So; what will it be, how much, discount for DCS World FC3 owners, new current/future released modules, will they be added to it? Regarding the Viper; the F-18 is already released. Currently; ED is working on the 'bugs' to make it a complete/perfect, working module. What's next? Will the F-16 project finally be started? Falcon fans as me, can we start dreaming to fly it on DCS? Kind regards to all, *One more thing... the new game protection system is simply great... can it be extended to the old modules/all of them? SF Keys install/remove is a pain in the...
