Does anyone do custom made campaigns? Looking for fee for service. Quite often want to jump on and have a few campaign choices or play multiplayer with one other, and would to have a selection of custom made campaigns. looking at low difficulty and nothing too intense. PM if you do and interested. Jaznit.

Best way to tell if my CPU is the new bottleneck
jaznit replied to ElCuco68's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
So do you mean that my level of CPU and GPU usage means that my CPU is bottle-necking my GPU? I had always thought unless the CPU was flat lining at 100% it's not impacting the GPU... but reading the above I am being restricted because of the CPU? Jeff -
Hi all, I've got the non-steam version of DCS installed, and always run the OpenBeta version when I play both campaigns and multi. Somehow I've got both folders on my hard drive, and wondering if I can delete the NON-OpenBeta without any impact to the OpenBeta version I play? DCS world is 123 GB, and DCS world OpenBeta is 103GB. Any advice would be helpful. don't want to delete the standard version and then have to redownload it all after I find it impacted the OpenBeta version :( Jeff

Is this a specific fix in this release? I didn't see it in the notes https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3597281#post3597281

Hi there, I'm in need of some guidance (another way of saying I can't fix my issues myself) So I used to use the ingame overlay within the geforce experience windows app which was working fine until one of these windows 10 updates a while back and it stopped working. Unable to solve it myself I spoke to the geforce support team and they told me it's because I'm missing an updated file mfplat.dll. My issue is though that when I update the file (from the windows 10 software download patches at it was a known issue) I loose the ability to run my plex server on my PC - so it's either I can't watch all of my ummm "copies of my own personally bought movies and tv shows" OR i can't record my gameplay... I've been going with the latter. Are there any other options that are good for recording my game play? Any help would be great. Jaznit

Thanks! Was thinking there was a trick to doing it in the mission itself. Editor worked perfectly :)

Hi there, Can someone tell me how the skins work? If I download skins for the Huey like the below, can you have multiple downloaded and choose between the relevant skin based on the mission I choose to play? https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/648153/ Jeff

Thank you, very helpful.

Ok I think I see it now, is this the gauge in the picture? When I was flying I didn't feel like I was pushing the heli hard (new to this module so correct me if you see different). In simple terms what can I be doing to bring the temp down? less throttle, higher altitude, etc

Hi all, Just getting used to the UH1H and I always seem to end up with an engine fire also - Is it the same reason? I've attached the track. Any feedback would be great UH-1H engine failed 80percent.trk

hey there, Anyone heard of any plans to add transporter planes like the C-130 or C-17 Globemaster etc into DCS? It'd be amazing to have those planes build with the level of detail as the existing planes, and open up so many future mission ideas. Jaznit.

What are you using to record your clips?
