Мануал есть и на русском и немецком. Скачивается при установке соответствующей языковой версии. В редакторе миссий в закладке радио пресетов надо выставить частоту AFN2 для нужного аэродрома.

Описание в мануале. Чтобы навигация работала надо настроиться на частоту определенного аэродрома.
