  1. Sounds Very Similar to my post of ODD Unexplained Behaviour. Hope You get some sort of Solution/Answer.
  2. Situation = I Was in the F15-C 30K@M1.1 with 2 J11-A hot at 36K@ M1.6 60NM, this is about 90 minutes into a mission. I go PRF-High, TWS-On, Lock Bandit, & turn to put the Rear one on the Outer Gimble Limit. Player Wingman is targeting the Leader. High Closure speed, ready to Launch "Charlie" @ 30Nm. Radar Lost contact, display goes Blank, about 5sec later contact shows up. I Lock it & about to turn in when Poof Gone again. This happened about 4 times consecutively in this engagement. My Wingman's shot was Trashed but with my head-Locked to the Radar with the "LOCK & Lose Contact" I ended up taking a 27ET from the Red-Lead. I looked at the Tacview it showed No Beaming. In Cockpit I never got a Jammer Active signal. COULD this be Related to the new F16 ECM pod update? That have somehow migrated into other aircraft ECM's. Not the greatest at explaining but hope you have enough to work with. I tried to make a Track for you but after 10minutes of blue spinning disc I surrendered. I have the Tacview if that would help.
  3. Hey Pauldy: I enjoy flying the 15 quite often & have asked this very question, without a valid response. The F15 even has a "TO trim" button, which is nice for Smooth Take Off's but when you let go of it "good luck" with normal straight flight. I understand exactly what Your asking (If the TRIM don't WORK properly why do we have Buttons to Activate/Control it)? I have even tried several combinations using the "CAS" Computer Augmentation Switches, as yet All to no success. I too would like some Insight into this Issue. Until then I'll continue to NEVER use TRIM in the F15-C.
  4. I would like to add to your Question. 1-Resize so it's semi visual in a Video. 2-Thicker lines same reason as above. 3-Color Change same reason as above or just for Contrast. Currently it's pretty small for someone to follow the Inputs & Watch the Screen.
  5. Hi Throggy & a big welcome to DCS. Have a look at the TAW_NA servers, Were on Holiday schedule right now. Not recruiting until the new year but stop by & say Hi. Discord & Website info I believe is in the server notes.
  6. I have landed other fighters and none give me problems except for the F-15. Landing the bird is not the problem, keeping it on the runway after landing is giving me headaches. What am I doing wrong?? Not much to go on here but I will take a Stab at it. With "Flaps & Gear DOWN" using the lowest approach angle possible. At Threshold Flare & Maintain 22 AOA while reducing speed. On rollout keep the Nose at 22AOA & use your RUDDER to Steer. When rolling speed drops below 100Kts the Nose will Drop, only now use Steering & Brakes. Airbrake as you see fit. Depending on Weight your Landing speed, 150Kts Light or 180Kts Heavy. Don't forget the F15-C has Brittle Landing Gear, so SMOOTH is a Premium or Bent & Broken "Gear&Tires" will follow. Good Luck & Hope this Helps.
  7. Hi Hunter & TKX for the Mission Post. Never would have found out without it. 1- Waypoint Speed is 11, change to 0. 2-Advanced Waypoint - Options - ROE - "set to" WEAPONs FREE. I tested with an F15, It took 5 min before it registered on the RWR & Fired. Hope this Helps.
  8. If you were moving Sam-Units around, perhaps part of the unit is not close enough to the others. OR check & make sure the Unit-Template has not been changed to a Static UNIT.
  9. Hunter:Looks like your doing it right. I'm going out on a limb here but did your trouble start with the last Update?
  10. I did get your message but I couldn't attach the Pic. Let me know if you need more Info.
  11. I hope this will explain it for you. I'm just across the RIVER if you need more Help.
  12. Hi buzz: are you comfortable using "Trigger Zones" & "Setting Triggers"?
  13. TKS Rudel: Quick Reply I will check out the links. Yes I am trying to make rather specific Training Missions. That's why I prefer the Default ME.
  14. Task Only applies to the Unit you selected. Depending on the Bird you selected the Tasks are limited to the Air-frame. An A10's Task cannot be AWACS. What specifically are you trying to do?
  15. Long Story Short: Is there such a thing as an ADVANCED ME-Manual. NOT the user manual with the mission editor basics. (NOT Moose, Mist, CTLD etc.). NOT someone's website (HIT or read forever = MISS) but an actual PDF. I'm looking for an ADVANCE ME Manual to use with Default ME. It should have a basic explanation of say for instance: X: Set Command (816). To tell me what the command for 816 is? Stuff like that. Does such a Manual exist? Can I get a link to it? TKX for your time reading this Gents.
