Hi, i have a issue with tacview. It seems that my flight recordings always revert back to a size of 1KB. I delete the Export.lua file in Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Scripts and it records full length tracks but soon reverts back to 1KB. Any sugestions, thanks

I noticed that when i have a Radio channel set to ADF signal and confirm with the morse if I turn the the ADF switch off i still hear the morse code. I would think that the switch off should kill the morse code audio? Am I mistaken or is this the way it is is IRL.

Hum i am sorry but can you explain why you think it is archieved. What does that mean exactly if you dont mind... I have 5-6 SSD on this rig with one of the SSD having a different operating system if that has anything to do with it? thanks

It does works! I have tried to figure out why this has been happening for a long time. This hack is at least a work around. Still not a fix.

I wanted to give this a go but cant download the included missions. It tells me the data file is incorrect. To be clear which data file is to be used? Also in the settings section should all options turn green? I currently only have green checks for "Username" and "Communication Channel" ? I tried as well and I ended up buying it. The vast amount of training mission were enough to get me to pull the trigger. That should be the strategy moving forward...include a good training regiment and i bet it would lead to better sales for the modern jets at least.

Thats strange, just having the option (that can be toggled off) to reset trim in a flight sim that is operated from a desktop, non uniform devices, different rigs with differing results is going to destroy all realism of the sim. Kind of strange argument. Obviously it should not be tied into Game Flight model, the comment shows a lack of understanding of the issue. I for one don't really need it, but sure would be a good option for those that need a little more help tackling the complexities of this flight sim and for those that have inferior equipment.

Never understood why people are so against this. It should be a option/gameplay check or uncheck the box and away you go. I mean you can currently check game flight mode, game avionics, easy coms, unlimited this and that, etc. You get the point. its called accessibility and helps with people and setups that need some flexibility. For all the No votes, just uncheck the trim reset option. My vote is a YES! It would be nice if trim had a axis option as well.

Sure, I was stumped. until i watched this video ...more specifically at about 12:20 into the video. It seems there is a issue with the export.lua file. I deleted the export.lua (C:\Users\your name\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Scripts) restarted and all was well again. also, I did not need to reinstall vaicom.

okay i found my issue, the export.lua file.

well i stand corrected, now the F18 don't work either. I see the commands in the voice attack window but DCS does not respond any more. I have no idea whats going on with this it worked and now it dont.

Vaicom works fine with F18 but not with the KA50. I am not sure where to go from here. Is there any things special with the KA50 setup that i might be missing that is different then the F18?

How do i set up vaicom pro for KA-50. I cant talk to me flight/wingman. easy com off. i am at a lose at the point. any help would be much appreciated

I guess this has not been fixed because i have this issue and its getting really old. I also have 3 monitors running at 5760x1080. I have 1080 TI with 11gb of ram. I tired many different setting for page filing. i adjusted my zooms and FOV distances. Any update on a solution for this issue??
