  1. Need to sell off some unused items for much needed cash. Selling Graphite gray MFG Crosswinds with the extra Cam profile and the width adjustment pieces. Barely used, these were going to be apart of a dedicated simpit which I've had to put on hold for now and willing to sell for now. Amazing pedals need a loving home. Also for sale are the Thrustmaster MFDs, also meant for a future simpit that won't be happening currently :(. And finally my old spare GPU is just collecting dust but still a kick ass card. Sapphire R9 390 8GB Ram. Considered slightly better then a GTX970, just has a higher power supply requirement. I'm located in Pennsylvania, near NY, NJ. Ship by USPS. Looking for 300 for the pedals and shipping. 90 for the GPU and shipping. 40 for the MFDs and shipping. Can bundle things for a small discount like the MFDs and pedals.
  2. Can this expose ones personal computer to attack if hosting from it?
  3. Can I join this group? Looking for a great coop experience. Experienced with ww2 sims and DCS.
  4. I use the big yellow button mainly for Landing gear toggle. Unless it's the Mig21, then I use the 2 position toggle switch next to it. I actually want to add a box next to it with dedicated controls for Landing Gear (actual handle that stows up or down and lights up)
  5. Don't leave out 2560 x 1440 peoples too plaese. :)
  6. I haven't played in about a month and today I noticed a big difference with planes/objects not rendering as far out as usual. 2560x1440 monitor resolution. Even contrails where popping in and out after a certain distance zoomed in. This also make using Targeting Pods very hard, much of the targets aren't rendered until you are within distance.
  7. Alright, got a shipping notice. Finally going to be seeing this new throttle soon.
  8. Dang, I almost feel like you're BSing us North Americans.... No word or anything yet but I'm sure it will come eventually, just sucks waiting right now, I got no throttle to use!!! I ordered on the 23rd of April.
  9. These look really cool. Can't wait to see how to work exactly and if they must be mounted or something.
  10. How do you do this? In LUA? Got any thread links on the subject?
  11. They just announced another delay. :noexpression: https://virpil.com/en/blog/132-vpc-pre-order-and-factory-update I got two requests I hope they could possibly make happen now with the extra time. 1. Make the 4way + Push Hat able to be easily removed and swapped out for a analog, that way we can just have the best of both world. 2. Please make a Couger MFD holder for the desktop mounts.
  12. Ok, online or offline, whenever I try to load in the Mig21 in the new update ( May 23rd Update ) on the Pursian Gulf map, the game just crashes.
  13. Check the 4 screws below the locking nut of the grip. There are four screws that connect the female end of the shaft that connected directly to the gimbals main shaft. unsure if i'm wording that correctly, i will post a picture, i've noticed on my one of the screws has loosened up time to time and has even fallen out into the base. no big deal, i just had to take the bottom plate off the base and retrieve it. My solution was to use teflon/thread tape to help keep the screw in tight. Never over tighten anything, these little "toys" are meant for hand tighten only, even then be careful.
  14. They are really good, you can be very precise with them (i use curves) and they are very comfortable, no worries about being too close together. I don't keep my feet on them unless I'm about to need to use rudder for the most part and sometimes I do. I find myself just pushing them up and down for the hell of it even when not in a flight sim. Really a nice product and not overly expensive, also I got mine through amazon in the US, so shipping was even free. You won't miss toe brakes and for helis and certain planes with a handbrake it doesn't matter anyway. The 109 and 190 will need you to bind something for left and right brake though, I use a hat on the joystick for left and right braking.

  16. EMS is important, very important, you dont want corporations like UPS and Fedex running our stuff, they already over stuff the trucks as is, the mentality is the more shit they can deliever the more money they make, and paying for broken items doesn't matter to them plus they will fight you over that and then put you on a list where you need sig required if you ever do complain about a released package and you can never get off it unless you move (i mean you might be able too after non stop phone calls and good luck getting the right person to do that) btw you would pay out the ass to have UPS or fedex deliever this, plus they all piggyback and use each others existing infrastructures, fedex/ups fleet of planes are pretty large EMS is just your government post offices working together internationally, where as UPS/FEdex are like the Apple of the world, then their is Amazon trying to do their own thing but again they have to sleep with everyone to deliver USPS is reportedly FedEx's largest customer now. Fedex owns the most planes where as UPS has the largest amount of Ground delievery services (in usa) Of course this is all pertaining to packages and not letters. Your local post office could even have UPS pick it up to complete the delivery, it all depends.
  17. I dont want to upset you but I ordered on Feb 26th and recieved it april 1st, i live in ny so i am near jfk a hour outside the city, the usps delievered after it cleared customs, customs is usually backed up, ur item is probably in country but not scanned yet
  18. I think you guys should relax, there’s no middleman warehouse here like amazon with its slave army. Btw completely worth the wait. Wish the throttle was out though
  19. There is a mod on the ACG teamspeak server that gives you a clear canopy, also I see a lot of the texture problems in the cockpit from 2.2 that affected the dials and labels of switches seem to be gone but yeah the glass is hard to see out of but I know they will fix, they are much smaller team then ed so I wouldn’t compare the two companies. Also for the forth coming argument about how the community shouldn’t have to fix a pay ware module, I would just relax, most guys where using the clear glass cockpit anyway before 2.x. Yeah I’m a dcs apologist, the sim speaks for itself, nothing else like it so I try to support the devs as much as possible and refrain from the angry criticism. We all payed for it, they know it, and thank god they are still around to update it, how old is this module now? Objective Criticism would be key here, lots and lots of objective criticism. The canopy glare is over done, please give us a temp fix to just avoid frustrations, thank you.
  20. Here's a short video of the grip (CM Grip).
  21. I got my T-50CM and Base today (Saturday Mar 31), it's so awesome. Took me alittle while to figure out to calibrate it correctly and then to save and load the profile, but once I did that I got my brake axis setup working correctly and all the other axis too. The base/gimbal is really high quality, I mean it's REALLY nice, really heavy too. I haven't opened it up yet myself, my cams are nicely polished and no burrs, the springs aren't colored but you can tell which is heavy and which is light by the thickness. The grip is really nice and feels good in the hand, the buttons have a nice click to them, the flip trigger is smooth and flips up and down smoothly and is designed ergonomically (again this is the CM version). The brake lever is very nice and really easy to access. Just really high quality. The desk mounts are also much heavier then expected, they used steel for the construction, welds are good, no burn through which is good considering the thickness of the materiel (sorry i don't have calipers to measure). Just a really well done and complete product and package. Oh, packing is very well done aswell. I will make pictures and a video soon. I think I will need gloves now, I don't want to get the grip all grimey. All in all, I am very happy with this, thank you Virpil. Now we just need the throttle guys!!!!
