I was flying the Mi-8 last night and it is extremely frustrating to be downed on a regular basis by a single soldier with an assault rifle. The Mi-8 should be stronger than the UH1, but that is certainly not the case in DCS.

I love that video. Just the sound of that cannon firing gives me shivers up and down my spine. I am amazed they stuck a cannon with that rate of fire in a helicopter.

Some Mi-24Ps did have laser range finders to increase accuracy.

I guess I just haven't seen throughout all of my sources 250 rounds for the GSh-30-2K. I have seen for the Su-25 the GSh-30-2 that it carries 250 rounds of ammunition. I just have always seen 750 round capacity for the Mi-24P. I am sure Belsimtek has better documentation to determine what the true ammo capacity for this beautiful beast is.

My guess is that that most of the time they wouldn't fully load the aircraft even though it had the capacity to take more ammunition. I just was curious where you found that information.

This thread exemplifies how potent the Mig 21-93 would be in DCS World if it was implemented as an add-on for owners of the Mig 21bis. As many have pointed out in previous threads.

A release before pre-Christmas seems unlikely. They could maybe release some good reading material, anything is welcome.

With limited testing versus AI, I have noticed slight improvement, I am not sure if I would define it as all aspect capable however. I apologize for the delay. The flight model of the aircraft has changed a lot however it just has more "Feeling" when you fly. Hope this helps!
