I see the same thing whenever I use the AG radar in RBM mode. I don't seem to have that stuttering in the other AG radar modes.

Exactly the same happening here. Vocally or with keyboard shortcuts set in the Vaicom profile, the ATC tab doesn't really work. And I've also tried unselecting the Auto Browse option in the Config app. It doesn't make any difference. Funny because all other kneeboard tabs work perfectly. And I've also set "next page" and "previous page" commands in the profile, through the External Plugin Function but it never shows the ATC tab. Judy

Yes the AAR tab works fine for me too, it's just the ATC tab that doesn't work

OK, the latest : I'm now in EC On and VSPX and it works much better. Everything I say is perfectly recognized and executed. The relevant radio frequencies are automatically selected, as designed. It's now a real game changer. I've had to set up keyboard shortcuts in VA to display the kneeboard and its different tabs. Everything works OK BUT the ATC tab. Whatever I do (vocal or keyboard shortcut), it never shows. I don't know why. It's not really a show stopper but I'd like to understand why. Thanks for your help and suggestions. Judy

Thanks for your help, Hollywood. I'll check that later. The funny thing, though, is that the PTT tab goes from EC ON when I start DCS to OFF when I quit it. And I made sure EC is Off in my test mission options. I'm now going to try with EC On in DCS settings and in the mission options to see how it goes. More later. Judy

I'm at a loss now. I'm trying VSPX. I think it's better for the way I speak, but it's now impossible to display the kneeboard. My vocal command is recognized in VA but the kneeboard doesn't show. Another problem : the Config window keeps showing Easy Communications ON on the PTT tab, but I selected EC OFF in DCS. Funny because the PTT tab shows EC ON when I start VAICOM and DCS, but when I exit DCS, it shows EC Off. Beats me. I've already done the "dance" (delete Export.lua, etc.) but to no avail. I'm using the F/A-18 module. I haven't tried another module, but I suppose I'll have the same behaviour. Any ideas? Judy

Hello guys, Here's my experience so far: The ATC page is not working correctly. It displays correctly the first time I open the Kneeboard and then it won't react. I've added vocal commands in VA as suggested and even with "next page" and "previous page", the ATC page doesn't work. I go from JTAC to AAR in both directions, but the ATC page is ignored. Hello guys, I've been seduced by the possibilities of Vaicom Pro and I purchased the bundle. I installed it as per the instructions in the manual, configured it with VA that I also own but I seem to run into some problems. In the config windows, the PTT tab seems to be confused with Easy Communications On and Off. I've selected Off in DCS but the PTT tab randomly shows On or Off. My module seems to be correctly detected (F/A-18C) but once in the A/C some vocal commands are not recognized by the sim, even if they are correctly recognized by VA. I've checked the FAQ page and applied the proposed solution (delete export.lua, etc.) but to no avail. My DCS is installed on a SSD, in a custom folder (D:/ drive) and I've selected the correct path in the Config tab. Should I also check the Registry box? When I do, I get a warning saying that it could jeopardize my install. I also have a problem with the interactive kneeboard. I can display it but the pages sometimes don't react, especially the ATC page. I always get to the Crystal Palace and Awacs page, for instance, but the ATC page won't display. I'm a bit frustrated because I see the enormous potential of Viacom but I can't seem to make it work correctly. Edit: Well, I've been making some tests for hours now and it doesn't work. I've tried Easy Communications but the PTT page of the config module keeps displaying Easy Comms OFF. And it works as if EC was OFF in DCS (e.g. TX4 unavailable). The kneeboard is another problem. Impossible to display the ATC page once I've chosen another one. And finally, in EC ON, if I use the select command to set the radio to a particular airfield, I see the frequency changing, but when I call ATC, it reverts back to my departing airfield and I can't communicate with another AB or carrier. I don't know, my Viacom install is maybe broken or I'm doing something wrong, but have no clue. BTW, VA recognizes all my vocal commands (100%). Hope you can help Thanks a lot Judy

Hello guys, Wrench, I've been using your excellent script in a very simple test mission with a carrier group and one SB-3. Once in the air, it's supposed to orbit close to the CVN at 6K feet but for the life of me, I just can't make fly higher than 1500 feet. Hello guys, Please bear with me. I've been reading a lot of threads and posts here about Moose and Mist and I've been trying to use them both with mixed success. I'm really impressed by the wealth of knowledge and skills gathered here and I'd like to pick your brain. I'd like to be able to combine an aircraft carrier turning into the wind (Mist) with a rescue helo following the boat (Moose) and a tanker launched to orbit on station close to the CVN (Moose?), plus some RAT and stuff; Is it possible to combine Mist and Moose together in the same mission? Where can I find the scripts or lua file to implement that kind of missions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot Judy

I have the same problem when I create a new server for my friends and myself, that's four of us. I have a very stable and fast connection (fibre). And I also have the timed out error after about 15 minutes when join one of my friend's server. I haven't changed anything in my configuration. I've uninstalled the whole simulation, reinstalled it. I use it with no mod, pure vanilla. Beats me Thanks for your help Judy

Problem with SSA I also have a problem :-( I can't select any sound card in the Simshaker-Wings / Manual Start / General settings / Dedicated sound card. The selection field is greyed out (see screenshot) I have a dedicated sound card (SB Audigy FX). Everything works OK with DCS and SSA, but I'd like to use my Buttkicker G2 with BMS and I can't. Well Helios doesn't crash anymore but the profile stays inactive. I must have done something wrong with the interface. Which should I add and configure, the DCS A-10, the Flaming Cliff 2 or the Blackshark one ? Thx for your help Judy

I had the same problem. In the Profile Editor, I checked the list of interfaces in Capt Zeen's profile and I found a Flaming Cliff 2 interface. I removed it, saved the profile again and now Helios doesn't crash anymore. Hope this helps Judy

Mrwell, thanks for your prompt reply and for your help. I decided to reinstall my jetseat completely and I've followed all instructions to the letter but I still can't access the BMS configuration tab in SSA. Indeed, I checked the "BMS support" box in the second tab and when I click the "Get authorization key" button, I get a message saying that the BMS support is currently free and that the authorization key system is not active yet. So I'm a bit lost here ;-) Judy

Hello :-) Please bear with me as I'm new to the jetseat and SSA. I've downloaded the latest version of SSA and I would like to use it with BMS, but it doesn't work. Contrary to the DCS tab where I can select the planes and the effects, in the BMS tab, I can't select any plane and there are no effects displayed. Any idea ? Thanks for your help Judy
