THX, very big improvement

Good subject SATaROSA Wow, finally someone to step up....if it is too simple it makes no sense anymore. At least that's what I think about developers.
-
Maybe RAZBAM made a little mistake again? Don't worry they will fix it soon, as promised 2 years ago ;-)
-
Oh man, really? So in fact you don't have any clue about what DCS is capable to do with helicopter controls. And it is doing it perfectly fine for over 10 years now, since Blackshark 1.0 and in any other helicopter module...
I'm giving up for now, maybe the announced big update will bring what it takes to make this a better simulation of the SA342.
Are you a real experienced heli-pilot ?:smartass: Or is your wisdom and knowledge falling out of your A.......hole?
-
Firstly, so what you are saying, stop DCS developing new features and everything stands still until it's to your liking? OR the developers work to the current specifications of DCS and finish what they planned ...oh and advertise it as finished until DCS introduce new developments and the module is out of date ?
Modules and DCS are in continual development, as you can see changes are made on a weekly basis. As far as 'EA' is concerned, find another flight simulator that makes military aircraft to 'EA' level let alone so called finished !!
Take a look at the Mig21, they are still making changes to a 'finished' aircraft due to the advancement of DCS. Lastly, every piece of software will have some bugs, it's human error so you will be waiting for hell to freeze over if you are expecting ANY software to be in a 100% elusive state.

Agree to some extend but, take a look at that new CCCP plane the I-19 ? Completely finished gorgeous looking and 100 % functional mudule:music_whistling:
-
Yes, me too, no more RAZBAM modules!!!
-
Wait till X - mas
+1 Agreed. Concerned as well. It's probably ED's fault, but the general lack of communication is frustrating.None of the missing items on the EA feature list have yet been addressed.
OMG . . . I am so glad I did not buy this mudule yet......I will wait till X-mas for the sale and the bugs a re ironed out,:music_whistling: hopefully.
-
Have you tried latest updates? All the modules, third parties included, had many updates and in recent times it can't be said third parties didn't live up to the initial expectations, even though we had to wait a long time.
With regards to I-16 I agree, little unexpected surprise that make me less reluctant to third parties prop modules which I wasn't sure that could match ED prop modules and FMs. OctopusG did a terrific job with the I-16.
S!
Do you know how many bugs and missing systems the latest jets have? Ignorance is bliss:music_whistling:

I've only just started on the Harrier, and am a little concerned about comments I have read on these forums regarding the stalling of development on it.
Is there any cause for concern on this, and what is the background to these comments? Is there a likelihood that it will be finished and a manual published?
I sincerely hope so!
Oh boy , you just spent your money on the wrong module. Not only is the Harrier bugged, the manual is describing functionality thats not even implemented yet.....and probably never will. Razbam are good graphic artists but mediocre coders. The TPOD for instance is a complex peace of cake and they will never be able to finish it
-
Hello fellow Harrier drivers,
A question, now it is possible to designate a waypoint as a target point, and when active, the DMT directly looks at this target point. Is it possible to do the same with the TPOD, to make it look directly to my target point when it's out of standby mode ?
SIMPLE NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE TPOD IS ONE BIG BUG HANGING UNDER YOUR PLANE.
-
F........k RAZBAM for their ignorance, arogance and crappy coding.
-
Yes, indeed, transpancy, no promisis and actually just one webpage that gives a brief and actual overview of unfinished business. I,m so tired of browsing this forum for status info.
-
Dear simmers developers,
I love DCS it's beautiful maps and airplanes/mudules, flightmodels etc !!
What I hate about it is:
Unfinished modules, Bugs, Manuals and specially the combination of the three. Imagine yourself working through the manuals and training missions for hours trying to master the systems, to find out a described system in the manual is not even implemented yet!!!
Keep the God.............ed manual up to date with the actual status of the airplane!!
So I guess with more modules coming up in the future, a simple one-page "Bug Fixes" "To Do" checklist" of described systems per aircraft is no luxury. (just web enable an exel spreadsheet or a like) Then we don't have to ask the same questions on the forums all the time and don't have to browse this labyrinth forum for answers as well.
For instance, 50 + pages on the F 14 forum with bug reports, maybe bugs, fixed bugs etc. Where to begin?! I,m getting tired of it already, whilst I not even bought the F 14. :helpsmilie:
-
People just stop buying new modules! Let them first finish the early access modules to completely finished products with all systems 100% implemented. Als much as I want that F 14 Tomcat, I,m not buying it before they finished the Viggen completely and untill the F 14 is fully functional. LEts stop this early access money grabbing.
-
That means they are developing unstructred with no blueprints. One remedy...stop buying unfinisched (and false documented products)
I like the Harrier but that fri....g Tpod cost me so much time figuring out is bugged and incomplete.
-
Hmm, I am talking about a dead cockpit. Not a dead head.
Yes, I feel the same way. This plane has no character and is very boring to play, as is the M2000. I will not buy Razbam sim's in the future.
-
Wow, the 3D cockpit is of more then excellent pro quality. THX a lot. :-)
-
The Super Tucano I personally look forward to more than the other RAZBAM modules in the pipeline. It's unique in DCS since it's a turboprop, and sporting a modern, full glass cockpit. That's something I'd love to see above everything else.
:thumbup: Me too, the only model in the near future I will spend money on. Maybe the F-14 when it is bug free next year summer. ;)

After applying the Hotfix.................................Looks much better but: " the outbound flames outside from a 90 degrees angel view, when full afterburner, are totally static........just one (1)half transparant jpeg, or whatever format, image. The rotating mix of flames inside the burner is fantastic though! I would say, just mimic the F-18 afterburner, the best in game.
-
Are you Crazy!! Don't pay RAZBAM anything in advance anymore. First let them finish the Harrier and the Mirage 2000 !!!
-
I think the MIG-21 AOA is back to normal after todays update. May-be I'm wrong but I could go in the 30 degrees all the time in a dogfight going vertical without stalling https://forums.eagle.ru/images/smilies/smile.gif:pilotfly:

I wish ED would forbid anymore selfmade skins poluting the download section.
-
Max continuous power is 82% RPM and essentially any MP up to 800 mmHg.
The actual M-14P is an extremely reliable engine that is tolerant of anything other than severe overtemps.

Hi, What can you tell us regarding the DCS FM in respect to the real deal?
-
I will buy it when it is finished maybe 2 years after early access release. These unfinished planes take hours and hours of time finding out, what is and what is not implemented.
