    Please more screenshots with helos at low level 😉
    I am already using your current mod (same for other RW pilots of my Virual Squadron) and for sure we are waiting for your next improvments who is just amazing.
    Caucasus map is reborn !
    I hope that te coming Kola Peninsula map will be of the same quality at low altitude... otherwise you know what you'll have to do! 😁😁

    News from ED : New units will be available in 2024 that will range from World War II to modern day. Each unit requires thousands of man-hours to create and will be provided as optional packs at their highest levels of detail.

    I understand that if I want the new 3D models I will have to pay for it, like for the WWII assets pack? This one shot will become a standard in DCS ?
    We're moving towards a game with two levels of modeling...😥

    What can be expext in the future ?
    You want a better vegetation : you have to pay for ?
    You want nice new buildings : you have to pay for ?

    Sorry, and this is my personal opinion, but if confirmed, I'm very disappointed by this kind of policy (even if I totally understand that ED need money to continue the development of our favourite simulation game).

    For my part, I really hope to see a fix for flights on multiplayer servers, which are practically impossible to play since the arrival of 2.9.
    This major issue has been reported and ED has promised to fix it.... so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be the case in this update.🤞

    Bonjour à tous,
    Si vous avez envie d'en savoir plus sur notre escadrille virtuelle, le 06th Multirole Helicopter Regiment, on vous propose de venir nous rejoindre le temps d'une soirée pour venir papoter, discuter, échanger et pourquoi pas voler avec nous sur un de nos serveur qui sera accessible pour la soirée.
    Pour ceux qui ne nous connaissent pas encore, nous volons sur tous les modules officiels Hélicos de DCS et nous disposons également d'une escadrille d'appui aérien sur A-10CII et AV-8B.

    My feeling and the feeling of most of the members of my squadron: ED good job well done!
    The 2.9 is a real game changer... especially for helicopters. As well as the improved performance and graphics quality, the downwashing and dust effect for the helicopters is just fantastic.
    There's no shortage of criticism when certain things don't work properly (and I'm not the last to do so), so it's perfectly normal to also say when the work is of a high standard, and clearly that's the case here.

    We're already looking forward to the rest...

    Mi-24P - What next ?

    So, It seems that a simple roadmap request is to much to ask despite the fact that I don't think it requires an insurmountable amount of work on the part of the developers...
    Just a few lines of text.
    We can conclude from this that there is simply no will to communicate such information.
    A beta module and then for the rest the communication black hole... and then we're surprised that people are criticising ED's way of communicating.
    @BIGNEWY, thank you for your help... the aim here is clearly not to shoot the messenger!  😉😀

    J'ai le palo VKB ainsi que le Gunfighter II (avec prolongateur 20cm) comme stick et super content du matos VKB.
    Je les avaient déjà contacté (autre service que SAV) et j'avais eu un très bon contact.

    N'hésites pas à nous confirmer que tout est en ordre dès que tu auras reçu et testé le nouveau boitier.😉

    02 more remarks after some flight hours on the map.

    • Build-Up areas
      All the build-up areas are really nice (Port Saïd is just wouawwwww) but there is no suburbs, it's generally large buildings and then it stops on the limit and you are immediately in sandy or wooded areas and/or gardens...It could be interesting to add some suburbs with small houses along the main cities. Currently cities looks like Manhattan!
    • Helipad
      The helipads are of course useful for those who fly helicopters on the map. No interest for planes. Adding this type of installation to the F10 card is a real innovation.
      So if it's a bonus for those who fly helicopters (at low altitude), it would be interesting to make these areas more realistic.
      We could add buildings, static objects such as fire extinguishers, crates, GPUs and tanker trucks,....
      In short, we could make these places even more interesting... while adding different types of helipad (varying from the current ones, which are virtually identical throughout the map).

    Escadrille francophone HELICO - 06th Multirole Helicopter Regiment

    Balerion, membre du staff du 06th Multirole Helicopter Regiment (06th MHR) vous souhaite bien le bonjour.

    La "06" est un Régiment virtuel 100% hélico qui dispose aussi d'une escadrille d'appui aérien monté sur A-10CII.

    Dans les faits :

    • Nous sommes presqu'une trentaine de pilotes et nous volons principalement sur le Ka-50, UH-1H, la Gazelle, le Mi-8MTV2,le Mi-24P et l'Apache.
      Nous volons 2 fois par semaine, généralement les lundis et jeudis à partir de 2100Hr sur la version Open Beta de DCS.
      Le lundi est généralement consacré à de l'entrainement tandis que le jeudi c'est une mission opérationnelle qui nous occupe.
      En plus de ces deux rdv, Il arrive que nous nous retrouvions pour des vols ou missions non-officielles durant les autres jours de la semaine.
      Le 06th MHR est principalement composé de membres français avec une petite composante belge et québecoise.

      En pratique :
      • Pour nous rejoindre pas de pré-requis obligatoire mis à part de la motivation et de la bonne humeur :yes:
        Il est néanmoins conseillé de déjà disposer d'au moins un module hélico sur DCS...
        Aucun niveau de connaissance particulier n'est exigé et l'entrainement se fait petit à petit, d'abord en duo et ensuite en groupe.
        Si tu es motivé, que tu aimes voler, que tu as du temps libre pour nous rejoindre et que tu as soif d'apprendre, tu verras que voler en escadrille virtuelle est un réel plaisir!
        Nous nous rejoignons généralement dans le salon vocal de Discord et en mission nous sommes connectés via SRS (Simple Radio Standalone)
        Au niveau des contrôleurs, un système HOTAS de base est amplement suffisant pour voler, un levier collectif n'est pas nécessaire.
        Un palonnier est juste très fortement conseillé afin de faciliter ton vol...

        Ces derniers mois nous avons accueilli de nombreux nouveaux pilotes et le recrutement continue.
        Possibilité de passer une qualification Joint Fire Observer (JFO) afin de guider des tirs d'artillerie.
        Nous développons également notre capacité Forward Air Controller (Air) ou FAC(A) afin de réaliser au mieux des missions CAS.
        Nous organisons également au minimum une mission Inter-Escadrille par mois.
