  1. I've only encountered minor integrity issues on Open Beta 2.5.6, even with the edits I've made. Initially entering into a multiplayer lobby I have the green shield for good integrity check and am able to join any server. Myself and others have observed though that refreshing several times though the shield turns red and the integrity check is no longer valid. To fix this you just need to restart DCS.

Following the launch of the KA-50 Free Cockpit upgrade, I attempted to apply it and ran into several issues. 1 - First issue: AH-64 Cockpit exterior model clipped through KA-50 interior and was visible from the inside, covering the lower console switches and seat. 2 - Gun turret would no longer follow HSS and was unsteady, shooting all over the place. Both issues were corrected in various lua files due to ED Changing the default KA-50 cockpit physical location. These created separate model points that didn't align wit the AH-64 Mod. Here's the fix: To get the upgraded cockpit in the Apache, navigate to the same directory from the initial install of the AH-64 Apache mod when you pulled the KA-50's Bin folder, but instead pull the KA-50's "Cockpit" folder and copy and paste it into your AH-64_A folder and overwrite. Download the "DCS AH-64A Apache+ v.5" Folder from the Google Drive link below and install those files in the appropriate locations. You should just be able to drag and drop "Apache_A" folder included into your Mods > Aircraft folder and overwrite.   3. Thanks! Was hoping for an PSD Template but this'll have to work. Also managed to get the upgraded KA-50 cockpit imported into the Apache but I've run into an issue with the gun. I'm trying to isolate if the cockpit upgrade caused that or the 2.5.6 upgrade did. When I come up with a fix for that I'll post both here!

  6. Long time lurker lookin' for some help. Long story short I'm trying create a 1991 Gulf War Camo for the UH-1H that you saw on a lot of UH-1N's and AH-1W's in the early 90's. While I have most of the colors themselves to where I want I noticed that the Huey's skin is a lot more metallic in color compared to the Cobra. This causes some of the colors to be off between the two aircraft, especially the "Ghost Gray" which almost looks like a chrome color in the sun. Anyone know of a way to change the texture to a more matte finish versus the metallic that it has now? Is it a Belsimtek issue or is it something viable through photoshop/dds conversion and MIP Maps?   7. Harvest Hawk hype! Someone should definitely make a KC-130. I'd buy it. All of them, in fact.
  8. Has there been any talk by any of the developers on working on a C-130 model? Something like say... the KC-130J would be extremely useful in my opinion, particularly in servers that run logistic scripts. Could also be useful in refueling friendly aircraft without having to run all those scripts for AI Tankers, as well as add another role for the game. More ambitiously there could always be an AC-130 but hey, I like the KC better anyway :P
  9. Having an issue where loading RB-75Ts after using them and rearming they won't turn on, even after resetting power and controls.
  10. I'm not familiar with the cold battery start, trying to look into it. Thing I'm concerned about most is the Ground Power. Not sure why that won't connect. I'll do the same exact thing in the other helos and it'll connect, but not the medics. I'll play around with it some more and see what I can figure out.

  12. Alright, I'll try that too, thanks. Gas Producer stalls at 10%. Same thing as before without ground power. Still unable to use ground power for the Medic slots in the FARP.

I'm trying to get on now to test it but because your mission is so well made the server is full again :cry: So now I'm twiddling my thumbs in wait :pilotfly: Edit: My apologies for jumping the gun. Got on, jumped in the first Blue Medic slot for the Huey and was immediately able to connect. Appears to have been a specific session issue. Thanks though! Second Edit: Okay I jumped the gun again. I was in the wrong slit. Whoops. Now that I'm actually back in the Farp Medic Huey I'm not able to connect ground power. Will attach screen shot in separate posts.
  14. So a couple of Huey pilots and myself ran into the issue the other day where if you spawned on the blue team at the FARP as one of the medic Hueys, you were unable to connect ground power. Switching to the US DOS Huey I was able to connect, and switching to another spawn location I was able to connect. Due to the cold we were unable to complete start-up without it. I'll be getting on today to check this, and editing the post with the results.
  15. I like this idea. They're both protected and in a position where it would be more convenient to refuel there to stay on station instead of diverting to where they are now, or having to fly all the way back to base and land.
  16. Yeah, its more for te red team as well They're tankers orbit right off the coast near their airfields. Blue team can use them if the timing is right and your plane is spawned in Anapa, but then you can usually divert to one of the northern airfields. I managed to link up with one on my way to one of the fleet targets, but by the time I was done refueling I was back up on the north side of its loop near the airfields and essentially lost all my progress.
  17. I had a thought while Mid-Air refueling a minute ago. Would it be at all acceptable/possible to move the tankers further into the conflict zone maybe? As it stands for Red and Blue sides, their respective tankers are orbiting off shore next to most of their airbases, so usually its easier for players to just go to the airbase where they can rearm as well. That being said, say that in this instance of the server the Red Tankers were moved to orbit around the top left of the DJ Grid, and they Blue Tankers were moved to the EH grid, then it would give players a reason to use them. They'd fly to the conflict zone, and if they didn't find anything they could head to the tankers to refuel instead of all the way back to base (or all the way back to the tankers as they are in this case). The tankers themselves could be invincible, while they fighters refueling could still be engaged. This would create a need for wing men to watch one another while the other was vulnerable to attack.
  18. Whenever I look at the Huey in third person from the top at a 45 degree angle down at it from the six o'clock (behind the tail rotor) the camera glitches and will jump back about 30 feet. If I move it away and back it'll keep moving further and further away. I am using Track IR, and I don't know if that's a possible source.
