  1. Well the StarFighter sometimes is lost in space so it needs to lower altitude because the oxygen is rare in space. here are some pictures. Hope you enjoy.
  2. Great pictures for a Eurofighter Typhoon that is very well known in Europe. I have great picture too. Hope you enjoy.
  3. Well i think both can handle their jobs the f-21 Kfir at low altitudes and the F-20 Tigershark at higher altitudes personally i like more the F-20 because it is a F-5 Tiger II with more upgrades and greater specifications the missiles on the wing tips with no more armament always makes me wonder about airplanes.
  4. The Phantom is timeless so the war that he went the previous and the after.
  5. The OSPREY should be on DCS WORLD and give a great help to the Defense forces in any scenario.
  6. The Eurofighter should be upgraded has it as been until now from European Air Forces in the future the 6th generation fighter should replace the Eurofighter F24 OWL Project Document USAF AIRBUS copy.docx
  7. Hello to all here at DCS C++ Programming is all about objects or things that it can have behavior and its own data this objects can be called from another object to be used and do whatever it is supposed to do. In a programme the "main" object is called and all "other" objects are called after to increase the programme abilities. Objects can be stored for reuse and used or called from a programme when needed. So in C++ programmers mainly create Classes of objects that are stored and fully tested for utilization or reuse in a "new" programme. C++ programming in contrast with C requires a new way of thinking because it is not linear and the team or programmer needs to think in terms of calling/releasing creating/destroying sending messages or calling functions of objects so that all the "main" program works and objects too. This is a new concept where the user of the program it is using interacts with the program and only "ends" it when he wishes not like C that runs several lines of code until the end. I like C++ better than C because i can use objects or classes stored and ready to use and not a lot of thounsands lines of code like C I am writing these posts inn this topic so that DCS "World" in the future be written in C++ or in other words using objects only when they are in the simulation reducing hardware specifications and be a faster simulation for users of older machines.
  8. Hello to all soon i am going to post here at DCS simple lessons on C++ programming hope you all enjoy. See you soon bye for now.
  9. Hello i am paciently waiting for the coming of the Eurofighter hope that it will be the most easy and enjoyable jet fighter here at DCS i would like to see pictures of all the countries that own Eurofighters and their respective squadrons. Goodbye for now and Happy 2024.
  10. Hello to all i would like all royals here in DCS to join this Squadron it is my squadron and you can talk to mike the moderator.

  11. I think Simulations are the future Microsoft was developing the hololens and kinect a decade or two ago. Touchable simulations could change everything and traveling in space too if we combine these too maybe we could have VR and AR at its fulliest.
  12. Hello to all here on DCS and all who like simulators. Do you remember the simulations for the Spectrum Computer probably dont my first computer system was the Spectrum+ a 8 bit computer with 48k a nice keyboard and (cassete) game load system external to the computer. My first Simulation game was called gunship and it had aproximaly 4 or 5 (cassetes) that i had to replace a couple of times from the player machine The game was a Simulation almost perfect except the graphics because the Spectrum only had a few colors on the TV and a poor resolution but the programming had no flaws. The game Gunship had only one helicopter that i liked very much the Apache a helicopter from the military with wings that could carry a payload of considerable amount it had two engines that gave power to four blades on the front and two on the rear it had two pilots one was the pilot and the other was the co-pilot. I remember the hours spent on virtual missions that the game gave to the game player that was me. At that time i was only a kid because i bought the computer when it came out in my country probably the late 70s i dont remember. Today i remember the "Pretender" TV Shows that i watched on TV. "Profiler" "McGuyver" "X-Files" among others. So Simulations now are basicly the only entertainment games i play on my PC desktop or laptop because i began to be so fun of Simulations that all other games were left behind but that my opinion. I would like to read your comments on Simulations that i think is the future and could helps us in many ways.
  13. Hello to all here on DCS and all that like simulators. Would like to discuss about the USS Enterprise my favorite aircraft carrier in the Navy and that all of you have somehow eard about in the TV or movies. The USS Enterprise CVN-65 is my favorite because is nuclear powered given it the hability to travel around the World without major refuels and in its time carried many jets and personel and a large escort number of ships and subs in that time comunications where in its infancy and the military didnt have the Internet or (World Wide Web www) has its called now today. I Would like that the USS Enterprise could be a Simulation part of DCS now and in the future capable of update itself to be more realistic and give a since of full simulation or in other words a module that could be used by any (UN United Nations) force in the World and help newer versions of this Simulation in NAVY Operations.5.bmp
  14. Their nice pictures some of them are related others not so much.
  15. Hello to all here on DCS and all who like simulators I would like to talk about the A-10 Thunderbolt II a jet that is in discussion in the American Air Force today because of budget concerns i would like that the future of this jet could be expanded in the future and not replaced by anything else because the A-10 has special features not seen in any other close air support plane. One of its features are the lack of a radar at the front. Feature that is seen in every major newer jet. Maybe it could be replace by a feature in the near future that could replace this lack of hability also this jet is very low cost in maintaining and making and it has a weapon not seen in other jet fighter of its time i am talking about the rotative cannon 30mm with 1500 rounds installed at the front of the jet capable of destroying every heavy shielded tank known and offcourse the heavy payload of weapons specially made for this plane like the maverick missile which has a camera installed given the pilot monitor images of targets. So if you like the A-10 and would like that its life would be expanded in the Air Force say your opinion here in this discussion forum.
  16. Hello to all here at DCS and all who like simulators Would like to discuss the topic General Dynamics that was the makers of the F-16 Falcon and Fighting Falcon in my case. I am a military fortunate on the Reserves now and i like the company General Dynamics in the U.S. they even have a Information Techonolgy Department has you all know the Falcon is a very popular jet in NATO more agile and capable of superior manouvers than the F-15 Eagle that for its time was the air superiority fighter in the U.S.A Now the Falcon is very popular in the World specially in the WEST and not so popular in the EAST i think that in the future they are going to replace the Falcon by something superior. I have send a message to General Dynamics to be part of a project called F-24 "Owl" a substitute for the air superiority fighter F-22 "Raptor" since the F-24 "Owl" is a multi-role fighter i think it could esaly replace the F-16 Falcon in NATO the Owl in Nature is a bird with diferent features of that in the Falcon but i think the Owl is superior because everyone thinks that owls have personality of their own and in the Medieval Times they represented knowledge so if you like to talk about Falcons Eagles Foxbats Foxhounds or even Freedom Fighters and Phantoms i swere i will read carefully all your comments.
  17. Hello to all here on DCS and all who like simulators This topic is about the Gripen a fighter jet from Sweden SAAB is a good company and i like every plane car or another thing they create because i think they have a good quality and are beautifull too as is the Gripen i have bought a while ago a almost perfect version for Microsoft Flight Simulator but it is not a perfect simulation has i said. Now it seems that the Eurofighters Typhoon will last a bit longer on Europe and the Tornados will be replaced by anything else i wish that it could be by Gripens from SAAB because in my opinion NATO will have only air fighters like the Eurofighters and Gripens in the medium future. DCS could be a great choice for a Gripen at least i think it is a very good looking jet has is the Viggen or the Draken.
  18. Hello to all here at DCS and all who like simulators Would like to make a proposal to everyone who like simulations DCS or Digital Combat Simulator is a good game and a good simulation for everyone who like Combat Simulations and i know that its a popular entertainement game but Microsoft Flight Simulator has been updated and its with the latest version almost perfect So i would like that the Combat and Training Simulation version joined and creat a unique Simulation one that could bring the joy of flying and combat in a single simulation software package and that could give the choice for the player to learn the art of flying and or combat.
  19. The owl is the best bird around it represents wisdom and probably knows everything
  20. Hello to all that are here in DCS and all that like simulators Would like to start a discussion on a new airplane/spaceship that would replace the old F - 22 Raptor
  21. I would like to end this discussion topic by saying that i am going to search for a big Unmanned Vehicle and try to put it here on DCS so that it could be on this Simulation for diferent scenarios. From time to time there are some free air ground or sea vehicles that can be modified i am going to see that and later i will post it on DCS. See you soon.
  22. In this topic will be discussed code reutilization and Object oriented programming for the Simulations in this environment
  23. Just tell me why vector oriented simulations are better than picture oriented i have a fighter bomber Amiga 500 game simulation with every top jet plane of the time in a 2 disks totallying around 1 Megabyte data that almost sims a airforce combat sceneario and that only needs special rendering to be updated so when i have Gigas of a DCS picture oriented game that does not run on my core i7 4th Gen PC because of the 2Gigs NVIDIA GTX of that time i question myself should i continue to buy anything on DCS or should i wait for the next NVIDIA card
  24. Civlians and military personal i know the future is unmanned controled aircraft and there are a some to choose from. The question is the future... should the next typhoon be unmanned or not or both. The present Typhoon is 4th Generation that means that is not stealthy and the european airforces are a bit short compared with the US. So the first priority should be stealthy features and VTOL like a Harrier or OSprey and should carry a medium payload to help forces on the ground and have a ratio of range/fuel consumption very effective- The Harrier has a special engine that is very effective but is a small plane uncapable of carry large payloads and has a short range if the next typhoon could be a super Harrier with multirole capabilities 5th Generation plane with 2 engines a vey big in size capable of overcraft in the sky waiting for a mission and carry it in the most efective way then this new plane could really acomplish all the goals of a Airforce and could have a future. There is no new Harrier for a long time only the VTOL F-35 whitch i am not very fun about it i prefer a new Harrier with the triple size and two engines and many pipes controling the flow of air and manobrabitility. The Firefox was from another era of the URSS it belongs to the past but the design remains if there is someone here from the aircraft company of the Eurofighter Typhoon then my advice is keep up with the work done until now change the role of aircraft from materials to digital and think on the next Typhoon.
  25. The jet looks good to me it has different engines unlike any other for is time and the design is almost perfect the question is does it VTOL and i would like to notice that it is a medium to large plane in size so i leave to you the final decision about the Mig 31 firefox
