  1. you dont haveto prove anything it is well known that the mustang is the definitive team based superiority figter. because of one of the highest sustained top speed , dive acceleration and fuel economy at high speed. you cant beat mustang team in a sustained battle if they have more fuel. keyword sustained.
  2. i dont care what the number say. 8 mil might mean 8 meters at 100 meters but no gun is this inaccurate they are making bullets disperse as they leave the barrel when in reality most of the bullet deviation occurs past 500 meters. the m61 vulcan in combined arms shoots such a large group at 100 meters that if someone where to make a gun so inaccurate they would be fired. the 20 mm cartridge is capable of 1 MOA
  3. i think its highly detailed i like the standard one just fine
  4. Seems like the last mini patch in 2.0 from yesterday messed up the 190. when the engine starts it just sputters at low rpm and never reaches full idle. and advancing the throttle causes it to sputter more then die like the engine is flooding.
  5. i dont like modern equipment in my old planes i prefer skilled combat. like that guy said go compare the spitfire are f5 while you are at it. ill enjoy my more skilled more immersive game play that doesnt include boring ass guided munitions.
  6. things the f5 can do that the viggen cant. Turn. the fact that you are comparing a old plane to a old plane with modern electronics that still ineffective as hell in modern era makes your argument sad. enjoy being food for modern planes . the f5 is fine as it is there is no improvement needed. your attitude needs improvement. you comparing the the weapon systems of the viggen to the f5 makes you look like a modern era ez mode kid.
  7. i am sorry but the f5 can drop LGB's and viggen cant and the viggen sucks in dogfight. also the f5 can carry bigger bomb load and bigger missile load. i much prefer the f5 and the viggen belongs in the 90's not among the f5 it has 90's electronic package so it should stay out of vietnam servers and stay food for fc3 planes.
  8. Basically they are not the most advanced DCS mission designers and don't know how to write a auto restart dcs script to manually implement restarts. i know someone who can help you guys do it but he is part of another sim community and ntp sure if he would.
  9. i would prefer if we where all limited to the worst missiles available it will make the fighting more raw and people with actually get into high alt prolonged fights
  10. same thing here watched my missiles with f6 view pass by a mig 21 like it was just there to say hello.
  11. johnny look at my despersion thread i started there is a ED response saying we will look into it. thats as good as we can get untill it is adressed
  12. ED what the heck? this VM poblem is very bad. you guys have multiple Customers Buying Extra Nevada Keys to host on virtual machines and then they waste the money because it cant be done. I can understand if you guys are too busy to respond to this . but this needs a answer else everyone thinks you guys don't care about this issue. and people need to know if it is a priority to fix this issue else i personally think the server Owners should get compensated the money back unless you have a disclaimer somewhere saying VM servers dont work. I Doubt that there is a disclaimer like that.
  13. Needs more traction controll it has too much oversteer
  14. I don't understand why I cant find more speed benchmarks and cruise speed benchmarks with lower RPM Ranges it is allways 3000 RPM. hopefully we will get some benchmarks that where taken from the fighter collections plane.
  15. the timed fuses are not as needed for modern aircraft because they have high accuracy with CCIP and CCRP bombing Vietnam aircraft and post vietnam aircraft that only have gun sights will benefit greatly from fusing and fusing will give them greater accuracy. i agree ground units damage model is more important but fusing is a elementary feature probably still used today http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/navy/nrtc/14313_ch1.pdf this post covers most fusing options for the MK 80 series of bombs and by the look of it there is really a lot of different timed fuses for all different types of bombs
